If you were Crouch would you be eyeing up a new club in Jan, one last transfer. Perhaps back to the prem.
Given the game time he’s had so far, it must be in his mind. Wouldn’t it?

He'll be 38 by the end of Jan. No club in their right mind is going to use him as anything other than an impact sub unless we're talking League One/Two.

All our players would jump at a Premier League club offer as would any other player at any other Championship club.

Nor me Dave, as long as he's got a partner though. I'd play Afobe myself but to his left as he's good coming in from that side.

He’s never relied on pace. He’s still fit, of great character and scored a few in the prem last year. Why not Huddersfield, Cardiff, Fulham, even Newcastle.

Championship striker who can’t get a starting role in move to Premier League shocker. Good luck to him if it happens, but next to no hope if you ask me.

Would love to see him in the set up at our place when he finally retires, but I think he's nailed on to go into the media. Easier money and he's got bags more personality than half the ex players we see on TV right now. He'll start with Strictly and carry on with podcasts and wouldn't be surprised if he ended up on MOTD

He won't get a move back to the Premier League, and we could easily let him go/retire. He's past that age now of being a massive asset, nothing personal after all he is 38 in january.

Perhaps he could do Macc a bit of good under Sol Campbell.
For say, 500 quid a week.

Noticed again on Saturday when he came on at villa, he can’t even jump now without giving away a free kick. IMO we offer him a role within the club as he’s worth far too much to us. His presence in and around the team is worth its weight in gold.

Pulis made a mistake with this guy! We have had him for too long and he only ever slows the attack up or makes us play rout one.

Pulis made a mistake with this guy! We have had him for too long and he only ever slows the attack up or makes us play rout one. Not sure if that is tongue in cheek? He is our record Premier League goal scorer. In fact along with Jon Walters he is our only notable goal scorer in the last decade. We may have hung on to him for too long but that's not Pulis fault, he hasn't been our manager for 6 seasons now! Crouch was still a going concern when Pulis left the club, he scored our equaliser in Tony's last game in charge at Southampton in fact.
