Bizarre that I feel more angry than I normally would about this because of the lack of respect for social distancing

No-one cares anymore, John. We've just got to accept that this is 'the new normal' for Western societies.
... Shame the innocent teacher wasn't a violent, drugged-up criminal, then we'd have taken to the streets!

There’s definitely something weird about French policing. Always seems madly over the top.
I was in Brittany in August and got a dressing down from a copper who looked like he was in (almost) full riot gear. I was just setting down a coastal path catching up to my wife and kids because I’d been parking up.
He appeared from nowhere! My offence was not wearing a mask. There was literally nobody within a 100m. Apart from the plod who must must have been hiding behind a bush waiting to check. I suppose I was lucky he didn’t fine me but there must be a better use of police resources.

Or at least knee for the next five years, should we just accept this as the norm now to keep the "peace" these scum bags are not normal or acceptable in a western society, they hate our way of life our society why do they chose to live in civilised countries we do not need or want their hatred and barbaric attitudes, at least this latest low life savage has met his maker, RIP to the teacher God help us all.

If that means drafting in the army then so be it. These fuckers needs to be rooted out and this shit has to be stopped. I don't want my kids growing up in a society where police get no respect and innocent people get murdered on the streets.

I still find it unfathomable and typical of the woke mainstream media that we never hear of the three innocent gay lads who were butchered in a park in Reading by an extremist. Yet for the death of a non-British convicted criminal who held a pregnant lady at gunpoint, the whole nation must get down on one leg and salute while apologising for being white like some sick Marxist cult. This country can get fucked, its totally lost the plot. Its been seized by a bunch of middle class white kids who profess tolerance for a religion that is just about as Conservative and intolerant as any other movement in the western world. The hypocracy of the woke elite is just beyond words. I'd strongly recommend they travel more and perhaps visit just a few Islamic states with their Islington elite gal..she will be devestated she can't sip her soy latte in the local vegan caf in Ryadh wearing a crop top...

I don’t think people have an issue over anything other than there is a very unbalanced way of reporting now where some people in society like those murdered in Reading, Glasgow and Croydon are forgotten incredibly quickly when they are as equally important as anyone losing there life under such tragic circumstances. It just seems like politics is using those victims of murder to different degrees. Those reporting are very, very isolated from what they’re reporting. Either that or they’re simply blinkered. Ultimately the reporting is building up anger and injustice when it doesn’t need to happen. Take away the news and the anger would stop very quickly. With Twitter everyone has an opinion nowadays which stirs things up even more

Just as a (probably vain) attempt to avoid the usual dog whistle responses from the usual hard of understanding bunch...can I first utterly condemn the latest and indeed all terrorist murders. To the point. This is an excellent Oxford University site which shows how terrorism has developed over the last five decades. There are several excellent interrogatable charts in which you can select individual countries, regions of the world and choose time ranges. It's very good. They show, amongst other things no doubt, that if anything western Europe has declined in terrorist threat since 1970 and actually got safer. Unlike many other parts of the world. You are much less likely to die as a result of terrorism today than you were several decades ago, in particular in the UK. You wouldn't know this of course from reading the news or stuff on here. None of that detracts from the appalling nature of the crimes, and the impacts on the individuals and their families, but it's always wise to dig a little deeper than the standard dog whistle stuff. ourworldindata.org/terrorism

For example, where was the thread/posts/outrage about a white supremacist being shot dead the other day at an Antifa/Patriot Rally counter-demonstration in Denver? It was reported widely but barely saw a squeak on here, if anything at all. Could the almost complete lack of interest have had anything to do with the fact that the attendee at the Patriot Rally was shot dead by a white private security guard? Nothing to see here this time? People get stirred up by what they want to be stirred up by and ignore the stuff that doesn't 'work' for them.

It’s not some conspiracy or new policy designed by imaginary Marxists or “woke” people. It was set in place by middle aged pretty conservative white men in funny wigs many many years ago. I realise this isn’t very exciting on the Internet but it’s quite an important principle of fair trial. Don’t worry, you’ll get to work yourself into a fresh rage about new revelations pertaining to the accused from 30 November onwards, when he’s scheduled to be trialled at the Old Bailey So in summary no my point wasn’t “particularly dumb”. You simply don’t know what you’re posting about.

Demonstrably wrong and refusing to climb down. You’ll get vertigo up there Nah the woke elite are on much higher horses than us 😉 There is no such thing as a woke elite mate. The type of people that make up the elite, in the traditional sense, are Arab sheikhs, Russian oligarchs, Chinese and Indian billionaires, the upper classes and so on... not really the type of people who have ever been much into yogurt knitting, transsexual rights, BLM or any of the other “woke” causes that generally get knickers in such a twist on here. You’re still entirely wrong about contempt of court laws but I apologise for my tone earlier. I was brutally hungover It was patronising you’re right, and that’s bad posting. Again, I’m sorry fella. You seem a good bloke but I would politely suggest that when you have a string of posts liked by carpslayer, it should serve as a wake-up call. Your enemy’s enemy is not necessarily your friend. He’s the friend of no one with decency. He’s far right, racist and full of hate. Beware

Won’t disagree with that and that counts for both sides. It’s thinking for yourself and having an opinion. It appears that if your in the majority your branded a fascist or racist.

With Twitter everyone has an opinion nowadays which stirs things up even more And of course exactly the same happens on here. Why didn't you post such a thread?
