You'll be spending a long time with Arthur Morgan it seems, as a new report says the game's story will be roughly 60 hours long.
Vulture, following an interview with Rockstar's Dan Houser, reports that 5 hours of content were recently cut from the game, which stood at 65 hours long.
The report also includes the detail that protagonist Arthur will have a love interest in the course of the game. The dropped content included a second romantic plot, but Houser explains that “we decided one of them didn’t work”.

Looks ace but personally won't be getting it because of the super gross industry practices that Rockstar exploit to get there games done though.
The stuff about the directions being different depending on whether you have the minimap off or on seem incredibly interesting though and I hope other devs think about incorporating something similar!

Many devs that have worked or are working at Rockstar have come out and said that it's a fantastic place to work. Crunch time is pretty standard in the industry to be fair.
I can’t even play it now till Saturday 🤬 got take my lad hospital Friday afternoon and the mrs out Friday night . Was hoping get a few hours in Friday but it’s gone now lol
I went hunting and got rinsed also anyone else’s find that gutted corpse strung under a railway bridge which has admire my work painted on the rocks freaked me out lol
Just started to play this. Quite impressive world they've created.
It’s took me until about 25% in to get a grasp of it it’s now I’m appreciating how good it is. Until I got comfy with the play style I wasn’t raving now it’s really growing on me
Red Dead Redemption 2 is great at being unintentionally hilarious. I never did the stranger mission involving the man looking for an English bloke called Gavin, finished the main story and I'm now "some years later" and he's still wandering around looking for Gavin, poor bloke.
What are folk's overall views on RDR2? Seems pretty positive in the main but heard a few saying it's abit to complex & time intensive & haven't been able to get into it. Considering getting it but toying with waiting for Battlefield V next week instead..
