Yes it indeed a mark of confidence for the 'well heeled' Mr Timpson, heir to a multi million pound shoe empire in favour to that of a very respected labour candidate whose years of loyal service and devotion to her constituency quickly erased by those working classes who know no better.....Those who can least afford to another suffer Consevative economic shambles.
Mr Timpson is obviously someone who they can associate with ..someone who traditionally couldn't give a fcuk about the working classes.
To those who voted in his favour ...Good luck...You deserve him.

And we call the Irish thick, Only the English would vote for a Jock to run their country. Who hates the English more than any other nation ? Its like the yanks voting an Arab as president, Or the French having a German run the show Or the Japs voting for a Chinaman Or the Australians voting a Kiwi into power. None of the above will ever happen. What a fuck-up of the highest order, It could only happen in good old England. Does anyone think a Jock cares if this country goes down the pan, I'll answer that for anyone who's not sure, DOES HE FUCK. Oh and Tony the truth is also a jock.

'Those who can least afford to another suffer Consevative economic shambles. ' Almost every Tory government has inherited an economy that's completely fucked - thanks to Labour. Looks like it's going to happen again. Brown liked to tell us that he'd built the economy that Labour had pillaged for 10 years but anybody with half a brain knew that the economy had been built and rising since 1992 (thank's to Major and Clarke). Brown simply let the inherited Tory economy provide him with big fat tax receipts which, in typical Labour fashion, has been pissed up the wall. New Labour was slighty better I suppose as it took them 10 years to show people that they were incompetent whereas in previous stints they could manage it in 4. Luckily, Labour have built up a sizeable army of uneducated, welfare state reliant chavs that will continue to back their cause. Maybe they're being trained to stab Tory voters in the build up to the election?

John Major's Government inherited an economy run by the Conservatives - and promptly gave us Black Wednesday and 15% interest rates!

Mervyn king thinks Gordon is ok.
Wednesday, May 14 New Labour fuck the economy...
Bank of England Governor Mervyn King braced households for a further budget squeeze as policymakers struggle to get a grip on runaway inflation.
Mr King warned over the impact of soaring energy bills, food prices and dearer imports as the Bank's latest forecasts predicted Consumer Prices Index (CPI) inflation could spike as high as 3.7% this year.
"As those price increases feed through to household bills, they will lead to a squeeze on real take-home pay, which will slow consumer spending and output growth, perhaps sharply," the Governor said.
The Bank added to the gloom by predicting growth could slow to just 1% this year - well below official Government forecasts - as banks hit by the credit crunch tighten up lending and consumers alarmed by falling house prices save more.
Wages are meanwhile unlikely to grow significantly as businesses come under pressure and shed jobs.
But policymakers are unlikely to ride to the rescue of struggling homeowners and borrowers with a swathe of interest cuts because inflation is so high.
The Bank's Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) is charged with keeping inflation at 2%, but CPI is likely to remain above 3% until well into next year - prompting a series of open letters from Mr King to the Chancellor explaining the rise.
**The letter might go something like this:
To Gordon Brown PM,
The reason inflation is up is due to you fucking up everything you touch.
Regards
Mervyn King Bank of England Governor
PS You are a cunt.

Was that the Black Wednesday where we lost £4 billion?
We've had a Black Wednesday every year since 1997 since Brown has taken more than £4 billion from our pensions on an annual basis. And let's not forget the same amount lost in selling off gold reserves!
15% interest rates and people could still afford to buy a house! Remember too that people, under the Tories used to SAVE money - remember 'saving' money? It used to be common practice many years ago until Labour applied their tried and tested economic magic. There are fewer savers now than at any time since the 1950s.
When did you buy your second home in the Lakes Fornside? Think you could do it now?

Never ceases to amaze me how people still place banners in their window for political parties and and big fucking flag poles on the lawn as though it's football supporting.
As if there's any difference between the lot of 'em. And as if any of them give a fuck about you.
Wake up you morons.
First question to Mr Cameron would be about how much he plans to knock off the price of fuel. Expect the usual evasive politician's bullshit answer. Strangely silent on the subject, isn't he? Even when there's massive political gain on offer??
Because .............get this folks ......................................................... THEY'RE ALL THE FUCKING SAME!!!!!!
Yes, that's right ...... THE FUCKING SAME. Not a hair width between the lot of. So all of you suckers are taken in by 'presentation style' (eg Cameron and his accurate Tony Blair impression). Or even worse still, you try to present part of your self image through your political allegiance.
A reminder .............. none of them give a shit about you!!!

I always said that if Labour dressed a cabbage up and put a red rossette on it some of the thick fookers round here (Crewe) would vote for it.
I still stand by that statement and believe that if Labour had a cabbage as leader rather than the fat ignorant stubby fingered incompetent smarmy robbing buffoon (Gordon Brown) then labour would have held Crewe.
In the years of worldwide economic decline the Tories (under super Maggie) took us from one of the poorest of the developed nations to one of the richest. But under wanky Labour in a time of world wide economic boom we grew MUCH more slowly than any other developed coubtry.
Brown masqueraded as a good chancewllor HE WASN'T he spent and spent and spent but achieved nothing with his spending and now in hard times the wanker has sold all our gold reserves (when they were at their lowest ever price) and typical Labour thicko policy of tax n spend is killing the country.
Labour are a rich mans party and though the Tories aren't much better they are better! Browns continuous cock ups of the last ten years have caught up with him and he has destroyed the fantastic position Super Maggie had created.
Cue the thickos saying 'but I'm workin klass and thats labout innit'

For what it's worth I think the country has improved over the past ten years.
I am talking about stuff like Stoke in the Premiership, peace in Northern Ireland, the minimum wage, working tax credits (something I personally benefit from), investment in public services etc etc. These things would never have happened under the Tories.
That said, Brown is doing a pretty shit job at the moment and I'm undecided whether Labour will get my vote next time.
I don't see how Cameron would improve my life if he won the next election. Does anyone actually know what his policies are?

As I recall, interest rates were 15% in 1992 for about 1 hour on black Wednesday, not really long enough to affect the economy. However this was badly handled by Major and Lamont, but Gordon Brown is now making even them look like super operators. Cameron will devolve more power to locals, the exact opposite of the arch centrist, big brother Brown. Brown has finally been sussed by the voters, and about time too.

Bugger me, our council are crap enough with the stuff they have to cope with right now, what says they'd get anything more important right? For me, it's not a case of 'which party is best' but 'which party is the least atrocious' and for me, the Tories are marginally worse than Labour on the crap-o-meter.

Its a £41,000 pound mortgage....Currently £180 a month ..,,back then £360 a month.
Add onto that Child minding costs of £600 a month back then, and perhaps I should now be classed as living in the 'comfort zone.'
