Obviously they work in pair now. The anti-environmental guy has engaged his nextdoor neighbour again. One before me and one after me.
The door to the laundry room was actually wide open! The tumble dryer was on and in action - on my laundry time. Two broken regulations.
At least the two washing machines were partially cleaned.
I'm going down again soon and plan to use the drying room for just a couple of hours this time. No sheets.
When the anti-environmenral guy arrives at 4, I'll be long gone. Or not ... 😜

I had a weird thought just now. What if the anti-environmental guy has some sick idea someone steals his clothes or something and thinks it might be me? Believe me, I have no need for doing so haha... If they're worried, closing and locking the doors could do the trick for a start!
The radio man is still away on a trip I guess. He's probably just an odd person and perhaps the one putting the radio in the ventilation system canal of the garbage room. The staff are working on it right now!
Or maybe the anti-environmental guy's neighbour just has taken the radio man's place a couple of times as a cover, when he's away?

What is the meaning of:
+312?
The anti-environmental guy's neighbour had left the laundry room in a rush (possibly not as tough as the radio man, because it's a lady), leaving three different signs for me to interpret:
1) the drying room's drying high volume old noisy unit (90-95 dB) was turned on! but with no clothes inside the locked drying room.
To me it's very very weird! since the first thing anyone does inside there when collecting the stuff to go home, is to turn that old noisy bastard off! But she apparently took her clothes, took out her key and locked that empty - and noisy room! The only time "they" lock the room is when it's empty 😁😄😆
2) A white runner's small sock made of cotton, hanging out of the front of the washing machine to the right.
Weirdest thing though: it's the very same sock I noticed in front of my machine once and kicked to the anti-environmental guy's stuff when he wasn't there, months ago.
3) And here it comes ...
she has removed the protective paper and attached a self-adhesive label on the white bench in there, and it says "+312". Impossible for me not to see.
It wasn't there earlier today, but now when she had collected her clothes and went up.
A message for me?
But what does it mean?
+312
I'm going down again in about 90 mins to collect my stuff.

4) instead someone (he?) had turned on the old noisy drying unit again, on its clock from the start of my laundry pass!

a neighbour told me they have not finished with the garbage room yet. One idea is that the radio is turned on by the code passage system, so that is now uninstalled.

Latest:
They had put some of that yellow+black striped warning tape around the door to the garbage room, while working on the issue. "Work in progress" sort of statement (just like our friend NJ uses).
However. They're doing some construction work outside the building now as well and I was surprised (to say the least), someone marked my appartment with the same kind of yellow-black striped warning tape!
But no other appartment ...

I think as humans we load number with meaning and attach our own significances but there is an inherent beautiful simplicity in being able to express all physical quantities in ten 'squiggles'.. 0-9. It's a fact that the 'powers in authority' use numerology when they stage events. 9/11 for instance. The number 11 represents Twin Towers and Isis in symbolism, the 9 has loads of associations... all a bit 'evil' in this context. 3x3, the 33rd degree of freemasonry etc etc. Tesla loved his 3,6,9 and there are some nifty quotes about number power etc, maybe for later. Interesting fact: I've always thought 5 and 7 to be my "lucky numbers", playing them on lotto etc.
But then I saw a Horoscope. It said my "lucky numbers" are always 3 and 8. Always, through life, following my birth time.
No wonder I never win. I have never picked those numbers.

It was a young new lad who told his boss : "I did his for His own sake!"
The boss didn't get why.
The lad replied: "I felt it was the right thing to do."
He hasn't been around here today so I couldn't ask.
A bit strange.

Interesting that from Quietman's link the year designated 312 is metal goat going into the (female) water monkey (Chinese/Tibet)... that obviously alludes to the laundry room and it's dynamics.

It's an interesting debate Musik, whether we invented maths or whether it was invented by a higher power than us and we just discovered it. A debate that's been going on for hundreds of years.
The fibonacci series might point to a higher power than us controlling the laws of nature.
But complex numbers (involving the square root of -1) are surely man's invention and are fascinating. Seemingly pointless when they were first invented but crucial in explaining AC electricity and Mandelbrot / Julia sets are just amazing.

Did some laundry on Friday evening, a lot actually ...
Not much to say about it really this time.
The person before me (a frenchman) abandoned the drying room in a rush apparently and didn't turn the knob to "0" on the high volume dryer. Instead he'd just turned off the electricity!!
Later when I went down there again, to collect my stuff, he was lurking in the dark in the stairway, wirhout turning on the light. How he managed not to fall I don't know.
Someone has also started to put all the garbage outside the garbage room (instead of inside of it), and in the backyard on the ground. Their excuse,
"the key doesn't work - please help us neighbours and throw away our shit!"
Hrmmm. Someone should reply:
"Ask the caretaker for another key."
As usual I had to clean both the machines before using them.

Nothing special happened last time on my laundry time the day before yesterday. I haven't seen the anti-environmental guy for Ages, and the radio man seems to be avoiding me these days.
However, the door to the laundry room wasn't locked. It should be. Next month another laundry pass.
This is a laundry room shared by approx 30 households.
I always clean the washing machines, the dryer and the bench, sweep and wash the floors, both in the drying room and the laundry room.
I also clean the filters, the knobs, the washing powder compartments.
Question: If you haven't used for instance the dryer: do people expect you to clean that one as well? Would you?
I always do anyway, but ... I just wondered.
Especially since some (rather many) don't clean anything in there!! 😡

The anti-environmental guy is away (long holiday?) and now absolutely nothing happens: No key lock-chasing on the time board, no dusty dirt in the drying room during my laundry pass, no moved stones, no coded messages, the drying room door always closed. Not difficult to figure that one out ... 😉 |
