It was today. For the first time three things were placed in the laundry room at three very separated different locations simultaneously! 3 x 3 The Wash basin: a dish brush, a cloth, a plug to the wash basin The Window niche: a washing machine instruction, another washing machine instruction, an empty bottle of fabric softeners The Bench: a small plastic bag with some white powder, a small pile with something blue, a spot with a white liquid Then I had a conversation with a neighbour about the noise from the pipes. He mentioned an old swedish crime movie he'd seen in the 1960ies where a detective searched for a pipe noise and found out some person had put paper inside a pipe. Then I went down there again, to put all the clothing inside the drying room. And then I met the same girl as last time. Now I'm exhausted. Must be the side effects. Lots of things in threes. I think you've got a druid infestation.

We need a photo of this laundry room. I need to understand the ambience of this mysterious place Damp, underground, single strobe, musky smell, 5 chairs against a wall, an ashtray, a flickering neon sign which says “Lucky Strike and some 12 month old newspapers is my guess…… And a pigeon…..

We need a photo of this laundry room. I need to understand the ambience of this mysterious place When doing a drawing of the place, imagine the letter L upside down, that's the shape of the laundry room. So when exploring the laundry room the first thing you'll discover is it's narrow, 5 meters long and 2 meters wide (including the plateau with the washing machines) and then at the end you have a little space to the right - altogether just like an L. In that little space to the right is the board with all the key locks on the wall, brushes, a garbage can and so on. To the left in the laundry are two windows above the two washing machines. Then comes the wash basin and the bench. The drying room is very small, 3 meters long, 1 meter wide. It has the door 3 meters to the right after you've just entered the laundry room - a room in the room so to say.

On the plateau to the left among the cables and hoses from the washing machines and the pipes to the radiators you'll constantly find huge amounts of dust, cobweb, insects and unknown thick liquids - everything "forgotten" by our russian female cleaning lady. We have two large fluorescent lamps in the ceiling, but they flicker occasionally. The most scary part must be the space to the right, where someone can just stand quietly with their eyes wide open staring at you like a zombie, when you get there to simply check the board. It has happened. And the fluorescent lamp there is the most flickering one. We also have some ventilation ducts where qrotesque voices can be heard from time to time in the drying room. The lock is unreliable to the drying room, so it's a problem to get in. And sometimes to get out ...

I would be going to the nice modern laundrette round the corner to get a service wash

There's a few outdoor launderettes popped up around here musik, usually part of a petrol station, not reached Sweden yet?

Like that one on Dividy Rd? I’m always amused by that, never noticed any others. When my washing machine broke down last year I had to go to the launderette for a couple of weeks. It was a real treat. I’d say to the mrs, right I’m going the launderette, probably every other day. What she wasn’t aware of is there’s a pub next door, dump the washing in, couple of pints, come back to a happy mrs. Result!

Weird. Posts gone. I've done the laundry since the end of January. It's like all the exclamation marks I wrote these days on here - also gone. Immediately!
I did the laundry on Wednesday (4th of May). It was awful!! I have a fresh disc herniation, you see. Got it after emptying my dear mother's appartment for weeks. She was mistreated to death at the hospital.
And now the curator there is terrorising me over the phone.
Lots of disturbances when writing this and every other post on this board these days.
Poltergeist?

June 1st
With a hernia due to a dislocated disc in my lower back plus some other back problems I had to force myself to get to the laundry room today. Trouble sitting, trouble standing, trouble walking too much and trouble lying down too much. But I now have a swedish female physiotherapist, let's see if she can do wonders.
I've had this back problem since May 1st, so it has been some time. Yesterday I also injured the side of my left calf muscle somehow and my right forearm muscle (probably a ganglion outcome there). I also had a prostate check up yesterday, some nerve reflex tests and photos taken of my skin, resulting in four diagnoses, all of them hopefully benign and correct. I got the advice to order or buy a specific ointment, a kind of lotion that is. He also recommended some allergy pill, but didn't write any specific type or brand. That's what I've been up to.
In the laundry room today: three things placed on the wash basin: A light blue cloth A dish brush A plastic plug
I will go down there in a couple of hours to collect my stuff.
The female hairdresser, very nice, has the laundry pass after me ... Kind of following me on the board there.

Clothes including panties all over the floor when I got back. I knew I had 5 mins before she had the right to occupy the drying room. I collected my things as fast as I could. I used the brush then. Was about to leave when the door opened.
She had a big grin on her face, apparently didn't want me to leave. I excused myself, "It's my back."
It actually is. Now I'm lying down. Just had a thought: she could have done all the work.

Yesterday. I had a laundry pass between 12-17 (12 am-5 pm)
She was standing in the dark around the corner. When I lit the fluorescent lamp she got frightened. It seemed she didn't hear my keys for some reason. Earphones?
I had spoken to her another time. But the key lock on the board didn't correspond to the person in question. Why was she down there?
Anyway she left in a rush. And nothing else to tell I thought.
But when I got down there again, to put the clothing into the drying room after a couple of hours, someone had possibly replaced one of the three things on the wash basin. Originally there was a dish brush, a plug made of metal and a cloth, but now the dish brush was possibly replaced by a round transparent washing powder container. I wrote "possibly", since it could have been four things - if so for the first time I reckon.
🤔 I think it belonged to her. I think she had put it on the washing machine to the right when I came down to turn on the light. But why did she take it to the wash basin and put it there?
I booked another laundry pass at the beginning of next month.
Edit(h): Something else happened as well. Within an hour after I went down there to fill the washing machines, the old radio man, who I hadn't seen for a very very long time, appeared and stayed outside my appartment door listening. At first I thought it was his old legs, but it seemed not. Maybe he was controlling to see if I was back or still down there? Planning to install something in the garbage room? A radio perhaps. Odd anyway.
