Kane should score that really. Great ball by Dier.

That's a hell of a stat: "Only Iran have created fewer goalscoring opportunities from open play than England."
I'd not realised just how full-on Pulis we'd gone.

1-0 down and it’s all started again on here Like a fucking book it is I think most of it is ironic, end of season, doesn't really matter, clap trap, well it is from me! But our midfield is the area of most concern. Henderson has improved markedly. Dier and Delph, who is used as a left wingback at his club, are seriously lacking. Loftus-Cheek is promising.

Do England expect to win the game without running!? So far they are "playing" walkball!

That's a hell of a stat: "Only Iran have created fewer goalscoring opportunities from open play than England." I'd not realised just how full-on Pulis we'd gone. It's not difficult to fathom why, when you've got Sterling in the front 2. He is so poor in the final third. Such a poor footballer. His touch, his vision, his passing- all non existent. His only positive is pace. His main attribute is the ability to run really fast. He's not a footballer in a million years.

Shame that Southgate hasn't given Butland a run out....it's hardly an important match, feels more like a friendly, I mean....who gives a fuck whether we finish 3rd or 4th???

100% should have started Rashford instead of Kane. Just go all out pace, if Sterling breaks then Kane is nowhere near and we lose the momentum. Kane has also looked off it for games.

We've got an entire midfield that's scared to pass the ball forward with positivity... its an issue, to say the least. Need some players to emerge before the next tournament.

Rashford has done something to Southgate surely. He just can't get a look in. We're crying out for one player who can pick the ball up and at least attempt to take a player on. These lot at the moment are passing backwards for their opta stats.

There is little intelligent movement. True, without Lingard or Dele running off the ball we look totally pedestrian. However, I'm not just talking about this game, it's been a issue for a long time.

I've always said I'll forgive a player for making mistakes whilst trying to do something positive. Playing safe is just a cop out.

If we had Rashford and Sterling on, then it creates space for players like Loftus-cheek to drop into.
