We are all disappointed at the moment yeah ? With the large majority having already accepted relegation yeah ?
Just imagine the disappointment of losing out on goal difference if, by hook or by crook, we manage to take it to the final game of the season.
I know this may sound strange but part of me is hoping it`s all over by then as I`m not sure that my nerves can take it !

Stoke five points adrift of safety with four games left ? its not all in our hands im afraid. we need to win Burnley Palace and Swansea, at the moment we cannot win anything without a striker.

We need at least two wins and a draw. Huddersfield to gain no more points , concede plenty of goals. We do have a good squad. More likely to be west Brom and Huddersfield . Then Southampton or Swansea. Depending on their match result, when they play each other. So no then Seriously I don’t think 2 wins and a draw will be enough - 3 wins are required with our GD Agreed I think we are down, the question is will we cope with the Championship?

I think we'll struggle in all honesty can't see the board spending the amount required to overhaul the squad they'll probably try and do it on the cheap.

This is an optimistic scenario, and I believe, the only way we can avoid relegation. I've been through all the fixtures involving us and our relegation rivals, and the only way we can stay up is if we win three out of the last four matches, AND other fixtures go our way.
Assuming we do win 3 of the last 4, and lose away to the Bin Dippers, then I think it might end up:
Palace 41 West Ham 37 Stoke 37 Huddersfield 36
Swansea 35 Southampton 33 West Brom 25
Personally, I don't think we're capable of winning 3 of the last 4, and if we don't we're doomed. Even if we do, we need the help of other teams. I only hope we're hanging in there come the final game, and we need to win it to survive!

It's difficult to say whether we're down or not yet.....but for me personally, I've resigned myself to championship football next season!!!

The last couple of months seem to run to this theme:
1. The next game is declared as a ‘must win’. 2. I manage to convince myself that we will turn in a performance at odds with the majority of others this season and win handsomely. 3. Watch us draw or lose. 4. Bemoan our lack of striking options.
I see tomorrow following this theme but by God I pray it doesn’t and we stick 3 last them!!

We're down ! We've managed to throw away so many points which would have seen us in a healthier position in the table. I've not got any confidence that we'll suddenly be able to win three of our 4 remaining games when the pressure is really on. After all we've only managed to win 6 games all season.
I've long accepted that we're getting relegated and our consistently poor results week after week only serve to confirm it.

No mate we cant. 9 points needed from 4 games when we've only got 28 from 34. Sooner this is over the better. Looking forward to a restructured and hopefully better team next year.

Next year in the PL, hopefully the younger Stoke players will continue to develop and been given playing time in the A-team.

No we are relegated get used to it,
Operation clusterfuck meant that we were relegated at the final whistle at home against Everton, mathematically we were still in with a shout if we battled and scrapped our way out hence the reason why we were relegated.
A team devoid of passion, fight, and goals equals relegation
