Kept a clean sheet.
However, looked shaky on a number of occasions.

First half an hour I thought he was Butland reincarnated, couldn't kick, couldn't decide whether to come or stay on his line (there was one when he changed his mind about three times. But then he came for one on the edge of the box and that seemed to settle him and from then on he looked very competent considering how rusty he must be.

Great game today. Beginning to settle in and looks more confident. Consistent team selection really will help going forward!

In the first quarter of an hour he kept being dropped in it by his own team mates. I was thinking what has he done to upset them!
As the game went on, he got better and better.
I think there are too many trying to find fault with him.

First time I've seen him and was very impressed by him, calm, assured and decent with his kicking. Davies really has been unlucky to get his injury when he did because if Gunn maintains that level he's not going to be dropped.

He'll do me for now anyway.
Good keeper in there.

Did well today, looked a bit shaky early doors but grew in confidence as the game went on. Hope this will do him the world of good now and see him back on the path to being the keeper he was for Norwich a few years ago.

By looking shaky early doors I assume you are referring to his debut v swansea and not early doors of todays game?

Hopefully Davies isn’t long term injured but glad Gunn is in for now, great to have genuine competition as it will bring on both lads

Played very well today. And he needed it after some bad decisions against him and rustiness.
He’s a bloody good goalie and hopefully he can do enough to keep Davies out.

I thought he was excellent today and he clearly is a very good shot stopper. Impressive to get him here.

His kicking is excellent too. Can’t recall kick going out of touch. I've noticed this too, he looks very composed on the ball, as does Davies to be fair. A refreshing change to Jack's erratic lashings.

That save in his top right corner was top drawer. He looked shaky first game (understandable) but has grown in confidence each match.
However, when fit I’d like to see Davies back as no1 - I credit him with our remarkable return to solidity at the back after 2 years of providing other teams with target practice.

He seemed to look more confident as the game went on. As did Morgan Fox as well. Still a bit short in midfield but with Clucas and Allen to come back in we are certainly looking a lot more solid than in the previous two seasons at this level.
