I see the Green party with a deputy leader who is jewish is the latest party to now be smeared with "antisemitism". Two candidates had been sharing information that wasn’t true online. Rightly they were called up on it. Whether or not it was antisemitism? It was by the sounds of it anti Israel. Doesn’t make it antisemitism though. Speaking up against Israel should not be assumed to be antisemitism in the same way speaking up against Hamas should not be assumed to be Islamaphobic. The press reporting on these types of things always makes it worse. |

Personally I don't think any religion should have the power to enforce control or demands over a party. Many years ago, someone said to me that the best way to understand the Conservative Party is to see them as the Church of England in office, or, the Church of England is the Conservative Party at prayer. You make a good point Phil but who has allowed this situation to happen and discussed many times on here. The French mostly own Energy Companies in the UK Macquarie on the other hand known as the Vampire Kangaroo who are now the largest investor in Southern Water have a chequered career all over the World including while they owned Thames Water. They too have been discussed on the MB There's no denying the appalling state of waters and rivers in the UK, except Scotland which was never privatised. It was a mistake to privatise Water, it was a mistake to not regulate its operations and finances properly but at the end of the day the buck stops at Government in its responsibilities to its Citizens to provide a healthy environment and live up to its international obligations under the TC Agreement it signed up to on leaving EU |

14 years of tory scandal which she and her ex husband contributed too, and now welcomed with open arms in Starmers labour.
