Could be worse We could be run by a labour administration similar to the one in south London who oversaw thousands of children being abused Whilst being to busy fighting an ideological war with a elected government Or a labour run administration that has yet again been censored for at best turning a blind eye to systemic child exploitation in Bradford

Do we only employ nurses for one 1 year or is this just a shit comparison, a more accurate comparison would be to say it would cover the cost of about 200 nurses assuming an average 50 year working / pension receiving life not so catchy that is it......

I am under the impression that the idea is to invest £100s millions in a Royal yacht to sail round the world hosting and entertaining the thousands of international billionaires so that they look favourably on the UK and invest £billions in UK commerce and spend £billions in British products, particularly in the rapidly growing economies like Indonesia. That way the UK can raise £billions in extra revenue from commerce to pay for much improved public services. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Economy_of_Indonesia

Spread? Beef, salmon or crab? Remember that sandwich spread in the 80s that was like some sort of salady concoction in a white sauce? Can’t remember what it was called now. I think this needs further discussion as this thread going nowhere 😏

The countries major food bank provider the trussell trust Started in 2004 Was that to help manage seven years of a labour government Or because of a labour government Same old labour standing by whilst children are exploited and abused for the sake of ideology or for votes And starving the poor

That’s the one, obviously it’s called Heinz Sandwich Spread which in itself is disconcertingly vague(Partridge quote). en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heinz_Sandwich_Spread

Hate it when that happens, only in the U.K. 😉

Funny isn't it when some uncomfortable truths about poverty and deprivation are brought to light, the Gammonati on here decide to pile on and dismiss it as amusing. It's pitiful.

Funny isn't it when some uncomfortable truths about poverty and deprivation are brought to light, the Gammonati on here decide to pile on and dismiss it as amusing. It's pitiful. And yet you couldn't give a flying fuck about the creation of a two tier society and have consistently supported authoritarian lockdown measures that have and will continue to make the poor, poorer and the rich, richer - plunging the third world into absolutely dire, mass poverty while also affecting the poorest in British society. Thats a pretty odd stance right there bro.

Poverty and deprivation new then is it. I mean I’m sure it was never about during Labour governments Mind you most people can’t remember that far back
