We paid £120m to Rwanda initially, and this excludes the costs of processing and detention while the people are in the UK, or the cost of charter flights or for the escorts to ensure the people being deported do not harm themselves or escape. Can someone explain why sexual assault is not a resignation (or indeed criminal) matter when watching porn in the Commons is a resignation matter?
Johnson seems to be on self-destruct mode.
Imagine if 5 senior employees at your work were accused of serious sexual misconduct in the last 3 months, as is the case in the tory party!?

I don't think he's on self destruct mode at all, it's just how he is, probably around 8 or 9 on the narcissism scale. And the rest of them are probably happy to let him continue a while yet, possibly hoping for a new leader 'bounce' when the useless tosser does finally get turfed out. And if the country goes to shit in the mean time so what? At least they'll still be in power. |

Now that Harriet Harman has been selected to Chair the Commons Privileges Committee enquiry into whether Boris Johnson intentionally lied to Parliament can begin, he has already accepted he lied.
Will Carrie be forced to give oral evidence to the Committee?

Because he has absolutely zero understanding of right from wrong.
And he hasn't suspended Pincher because he thinks it's the right thing to do but rather, because he's been advised that by not doing so, it will impact on him himself, he still doesn't understand why he's got to supspend him but he's not going to take any chances, if it means it will reflect badly on him if he doesn't.
