365MediaGroup own Rivals, if the logo at the bottom of the screen is anything to go by. I understand that the customer relations manager at 365MediaGroup is Nina Patane and her email address is: 365_reception_desk@365mediagroup.co.uk. I thought I might drop her a line.

Also done. I nearly got into a rant, but kept it to:
Dear Nina
I understand that you are the Customer Relations Manager for 365MediaGroup and that you own the Rivals.net website.
Today your company have angered fans from clubs all over the country by taking a robust and popular message board and meticulously bungling its redesign. Fans all over the message boards from every club on there are currently abandoning your website in favour of independent message boards and they are doing so with a degree of anger and bitterness.
Rivals was not perfect, but it functioned well enough. I suggest you rethink your roll-out and redesign of this site and instead conduct a proper design phase of activity prior to unleashing any new design on your audience. I would suggest you need to do this with a degree of urgency. You may not get your audience back at this rate.

Just for the record, Nina is not our customer relations manager - she's the receptionist!

Thanks LS1. Just following the website links on their site. I assume they will get forwarded anyway.

Yeah I'm sure she will forward them on but I feel a bit sorry for the poor girl!
They know the new board is awful anyway, I've told them so myself!
It's a real surprise to me because the same people more or less worked on this that redevloped all our other sites (TEAMtalk, Sky, etc) and they were brilliant.
They've tried to make it too professional but forgot about the main thing everyone goes for - the messageboard!
But it is still very much a work in progress as Smudge has said.
