Well this is a Brucey bonus, boxing on a Wednesday night. Not sure if anyone watched the Conor benn fight but what a 6 rounderbthat was. We are quick to slate US judges but how they gave that benn by 3 rounds is beyond me

When he slipped that right hand a looked out to the crowd was absolutely hilarious.
Limeaux making excuses - Saunders completely outclassed him.
He wants GGG or Canelo next. Not sure if he's quite that level.
Daniel Jacobs calling him out too.

A nice performance from BJS but it was David Limeaux ffs! He's not beating Canelo ot GGG.. yet. Or Jacobs either.

Press conference earlier for Joshua v Parker, I think Parker will be a tricky test indeed but he should just squeeze through.

Wilder, Tyson and even white should be able to beat him. It wouldn’t surprise me to see white beat wilder to face AJ. White has improved loads since the AJ loss.

Hughie Fury should have won that fight, although neither of them really carry heavyweight power yet. Hughie Fury himself recently said "if you stand in front of AJ he could knock a house down" and it is exactly what Parker will do. If anything Parker has been over-hyped by AJ's team just so he looks competitive. This is no more than a warm up for Deontay Wilder or Dillian Whyte. Tyson Fury will want his belts back at some point too and I believe he will get them as well - he is the best of the lot for me.

He’s marketable so sky and Eddie are protecting him. The heavy weight division still only has a few top guys so it’s an easy job

3 rounds max. Parker is not anywhere near the same league as AJ. I wouldn’t be supposed see it over in 1.

3 rounds max. Parker is not anywhere near the same league as AJ. I wouldn’t be supposed see it over in 1. My first thought when seeing Parker was that he is pretty poor. Not a great puncher and easy to hit. Having said that, I think there is a bit of China in Joshua's chin, and maybe you don't have to be that good a puncher to hurt him. I think it's going to be a decent fight. Joshua is ridiculously overhyped on what he's achieved, but he's very likable in fairness.

Look at some of Parkers previous fights, he's got a granite chin and he can definitely bang, yes he was poor v Hughie but every boxer has an off night

I think Klitchsko showed the world that AJ can be got at, it just isn't as easy as it may seem at the time. If you can handle his initial onslaught (he finishes most early for a reason) and get him to miss those multi punch combos a lot, then you will not only tire him quicker but you will find that he will get hurt. His chin is not weak but it is most certainly not made of iron. Whyte has trained a lot more since his defeat to AJ and now carries some insane power as well so I think he will start knocking people out for fun the more he fights. I think Wilder is a one trick pony. He is basically a street fighter with gloves on. Maverick style in the ring that people can't generally handle. He has power but who has he knocked out? Ortiz is his trophy so far and yet Ortiz best win is probably against Malik Scott who got beat by Dereck Chisora. Tyson Fury is the one though - slick, skilled, carries power. I am guessing we will see him winning some great fights in the next 3 years.

Haven't seen much of Parker but I don't know if he's got the power to trouble AJ, even a highlight reel of his best knock-outs show's him landing at will against his opponents yet it normally takes a big volume of punches before they go down.
If Parker has got a decent chin it should be an interesting fight though.

It's heavyweight boxing so it's by no means impossible that Parker could put Joshua's lights out but the more I think about it, I think this could be a fairly straightforward fight for Joshua.
Parker looked average against Hughie Fury and he's no great shakes.

AJ is over rated and a media hype job. He'll beat Parker though in the 6th . Roll on Fury moping wilder and AJ up 👊

I think AJ will win this fight-but for me he is still very stiff and looks a bit amateurish at times.

I think AJ will win this fight-but for me he is still very stiff and looks a bit amateurish at times. I think his last fight showed that. He's not as robotic as Bruno, but he's not as natural as Lewis. I think he's somewhere in between, talent wise.

Fury rumoured to be having a easy fight in June. Shannon Briggs in September leading back to the title February 19ish

Just watched a recording of the weigh in. Aesthetically AJ unbelievable as we’ve come to expect. Parker fleshy around the waist but still in the best condition I’ve ever seen him in. I still can’t see it going past 3. AJ blasts him out.
Undercard could be decent. How I’d love see David price let his hands go and drop that povetkim, looking at them side by side it looks a mismatch, however povetkin a decent fighter.

Price has no chance, undercard is superb tonight keep an eye out for Josh Kelly future superstar.

I really don't get the Tyson Fury love in. Joshua is a LONG way from the finished article but I think he summed Fury up perfectly with the word 'clown'.
I would honestly have money on joshua, wilder and whyte all stopping him.

Already a shock on the undercard Morgan Jones loses with 10 seconds to go after dominating. Buatsi looks good again another win.
