Crossed over into popular culture very well, charismatic, and a bit of a 1970s icon. Didn't Mohammed Ali, advise him to drop from heavyweight to light heavyweight where he had his success? I believe so, and it was good advice. John liked to party too much which shortened his career, but he was very good technically. I love technical boxers, there is much more to boxing than just 2 blokes going toe to toe. I think Lomachenko has got the art of boxing down to the ground.

Good debut for buatsui yesterday, okolie looked better and cheeseman was very impressive. Still dont think conor benn will make it to the top, might become british champion.

Lomachenko next fight been announced v marriego whose ranked 27th in that division.
Walk in the park for vasyl, he is without any doubt the best technical boxer ever. The things he does in the ring blow your mind away. He has got absolutely everything to his game, except maybe he's not the hardest puncher.
It's like he teleports around the ring, its mesmerising to watch, he's got ghe sweet science of boxing down to a tee.
Cant believe eubank jr is on pay fucking per view, its the ibo title which in the boxing world isnt recognised as a proper world belt, it's not part of the big 4.

(Gennady Golovkin or Triple G) GGG vs. Canelo (Saul Álvarez) , September 16, 2017 in Las Vegas .
Can't wait for this one . Should be an absolute corker after the boxing world recovers from the Mayweather v McGregor freakshow

Little head movement, just blocks constantly, no technique and rarely attacks, just tough as tails that's all.

Good win for him last night though. Abraham is no mug

Great performance from Terence Crawford last night. I thought Indongo may have caused him some troubles but what a body shot to finish a fight.
Also Dillan whyte was on the card in one of strangest fights I've seen in a long time. His opponent looked as if he couldn't be bothered but happily came back for more punishment. Imo poor reffing as it should have been stopped earlier

Hughie Fury VS Joseph Parker to be shown live on youtube? Good move for the future or the only choice they had? Excited for this fight, really think Hughie can do it and show the world who he is.

Only found out tonight that I can get the Canelo vs GGG fight on BT Sport. Glad, and gutted at the same time; how many fights have I missed because I didn't know Boxnation was included?

Just read that it's free for BT TV customers, so hopefully it stays on. Really looking forward to the fight. I think Canelo might surprise a few people, and can see his body shots hurting Golovkin. Can he take GGG's punches, though?

I think he can be out boxed but you are walking a tightrope all the time. Can't wait to find out if Canelo can do it.

I think it's worth mentioning the clash between Jorge Linares and our very own Luke Campbell, for the WBA Lightweight title in California. The classy Linares should retain his title, however I think Luke is Perhaps a little underrated and whatever the result won't let himself down.

Well one of the biggest fights in years is nearly upon us. This is a boxing fans wet dream. Its Xmas come early. Lomachemko for me is too powerful, late stoppage.
On another note this Anthony Yarde looks a bloody fine prospect

Lomachenko too big and too young for Rigondeaux, though Rigo is not without his merits by a long streak.

Well I’ve waited months for that fight and what an absolute farce. Rigo showed nothing whatsoever. Lomachenko for me is the Number 1 p4p king. The lad is mustard.
On another note James degale was awful. What on earth was that performance about.
Moving on to next week, BJS has a huge task on his hands, I think he might just scrape through on points though.

DeGale was out of sorts when he fought Bute. He certainly has a reputation for losing concentration, I never expected Truax to win this.
