Chuka Umunna seemed unwilling or unable to answer this simple question from Andrew Neil(despite Neil's persistence) on This Week. At least have the balls to say what you really think, Chuka! And they wonder why people struggle to vote for such sneaky bastards! No, but better than two faces may that we have at the moment.

Sorry Sal couldn't get past Principled a man who openly campaigned against leaving the EU despite spending all his political career campaigning to leave it , mind you most of that time he was a backbencher, funny how a man's principals can change so radically in such a short space of time And dismal may-pro eu then not- no election then ... You expecting consistency from a politician ? It's like waiting for words of wisdom from you. I expect nothing of the like I was reacting to Sal's post which you obviously have not read

To me Theresa May seems bloody awful. Like some sort of twisted 1950s Catholic school teacher. Her plan seems to be to give as little away as possible and cruising to an easy election win. Which might happen to be fair. I just don't get all this "strong, principled leader" shite that they are churning out. Corbyn a good PM? Maybe, maybe not. He's certainly a different character to what we're used to. But then maybe I'm missing something because he looks no worse than the other options. They all look weak to me but at least he's putting himself out there. Who will I vote for? Probably Labour. In my opinion, the country has got worse over the last 6 years. Hospitals are struggling (personal knowledge on this), school funding is falling, wages haven't gone up but prices have, way more homeless, 9k uni fees, to name just a few problems. Meanwhile big corporations are paying less tax and execs are getting paid more than ever. At least that is the way I see it. I'm not saying Labour will fix all that but they are offering some change from all this austerity shite. I think the last few years have shown it doesn't work. I was supportive of it to an extent back in 2010 but now they're pushing it back and back - and i'm convinced the poor/middle classes are the ones taking the hit. I voted remain (just) but support Brexit now it's been voted for and just want them to get on with it. Who's the better negotiator is how they seem to be framing the question. I don't think it matters too much actually - seems stupid to think that such complex negotiations that affect pretty much all our laws will come down to the PM. It looks like Brexit is happening whatever so it's not really factored in my decision. I'm also fairly certain we'll stay in the single market either way (definitely a good thing). If nothing else a few extra bank holidays might lift a bit of gloom and cheer up some of the miserable bastards!

Tired ? ......go and take a nap for six weeks or so At least, 'roge', 'followyouwherever' debate the points[and credit to them for that]? What I find interesting over time is to discover that many of the right-wing posters are very comfortably off indeed! 'Mary' talks about her investment manager, 'crap' talks about his civil service pension and emigrating? They're both extremely well sorted and can well afford the luxury of their 'loon and fruitcake' ideas going seriously wrong. Just asking' bispham' are you too very well sorted and can similarly afford cuts to jobs, pay, benefits, inc. pensions, public services inc.N.H.S.? Let's have a bit of honesty and clarity here? Here's clarity and honesty...... I'm quite happy to admit that my military pension is giving me a very comfortable life thank you very much and it's really easy to get one. All you need to do is devote 34 years of your life to serving your country, spending months away from family, being put into the firing line in defence of democracy and your country and much more. But it was my choice. The police, fire service and other public servants do similar jobs and receive well earned pensions. On the other hand many canny people set up their own private pension schemes early enough to also give themselves comfort in older age. Others receive much needed benefits because they are physically unable to work. However some just wait for the state pension and then moan because it isn't enough. My Grandfather advised my at 16 years old and pondering a military career......."Your life is your responsibility so make sure you take that responsibility throughout your life. But never complain if you fail to do this". He was wounded in WW1 in Gallipoli but carried on to work as a coal miner and police officer so I understood, even as a youngster, where his words came from. So Nick there's clarity and honesty from one of your so called "right wing posters". How about you?

I think this election is not the certainty by any means, especially the way politics has been the last couple of years. Also rumblings that Gina Miller may stand against Theresa May in the remain seat of Maidenhead. Now that would be interesting. And yeah, 4 extra bank holidays - bring it on.

As someone who is 62 this June and saw Cameron pushing out the pensionable age to 66 from 65 I've been cheated of ca. £8,500 so yes I do wish I had collected them Tory Boy!

Can I get some vowels or some clues to the part before the question mark do I might even have the vaguest idea of what you're on about. Look at the poll numbers again there's clearly plenty of direct switching from Comrade Corbyn. Closet fascists in UKIP jesus, was 62 your age or your IQ At this rate I can see Labour going below 20s on the polls.
