I can only imagine that he's climbed over from the other side and got himself hooked as he's come down, god knows why he'd do it in the first place though. The fella filming it must really hate the police mind. |

I once locked myself out of my Police car at the bottom of Hartshill Road.....luckily didn't get a call until after the spare key was brought from the station. Another infamous PC was assisting in HGV checks by the Mitch....it was pouring down so he and the testing team went inside a cabin for shelter and a brew....when they reemerged a heavy expensive ( £10000 iirc) piece or equipment had been nicked....it had to have been towed away. What was funny ...he gave a running commentary over the radio of his reaction and that of the rest of the team when they found out.....everybody was in stitches..' Some bastards nicked the testing machine...."... Same officer didn't return at 6.00 am following a night shift. Turns out he had fallen asleep in his panda, cap over his eyes.....right in front of the bus stop in Church street, opposite Bournes. He awoke with a start as a crowd of people frantically were banging on the window. He woke up to one woman saying " it took so long we thought you were dead, duck"....no moble phones in those days or he would have probably been all over the internet..he got in towards 7.00 am ....best of it is , rather than trying to cover it up with some other explanation this lad was going around telling everyone....but he was constantly in trouble. My wife worked in the office at the station.....his was always the late report to go in....a regular occurrence...8.30 am " Please can you type me this NOW, I'm due at Fenton court at 10.00" |

I had to turn that off half way through ... it's fuckin' insane! Do you think that there is any chance it could be fake Paul. You don't actually get a shot showing him on the rail in its entirety....just " hands" on the crossbar?.. Mind you, I've just looked at his other videos and he has got previous, so maybe not This is years old but it's the one I always go to when my palms just feel a bit too dry Paul Spencer |
