I'll be a lot sadder when he leaves them than I was when he left us... The entertainment might continue at another club, but surely the contenders to hire the "relegation antidote" must be getting smaller and smaller. Burnley I doubt would sack Dyche even if they drop back down. Bournemouth would be mad to sack Howe if they struggled. Watford might go tits up with another random manager, but I can't see the capped genius being their type of man. Swansea, he doesn't create the playing style for the Welsh Real Madrid, or experience/success with continental type players..

Surely his position is untenable? Williams has thrown him under a bus there. Poor.

Bring him back as defensive coach?

We know he didn't exactly see eye to eye with TS here but wow.
Can't see him staying after that.
Chuck in a run of now widely expected poor performances* and he could be the first to walk in the Prem this season.
* Not least by their own fans.

Surely his position is untenable? Williams has thrown him under a bus there. Poor. No different than the other articles, they've just stuck a different more dramatic title on it with no quotes to back it up, I doubt he'll get a new contract, but his position is hardly untenable.

If Pulis leaves West Brom I do think they will be strong relegation candidates this season.

Good friend from work is a massive Swansea fan... He already was pissed off a few weeks ago with Joe Allen, and that was compounded today with us signing Bony and further still with the prospect of Joselu being the one coming in... Plus now considering Valencia has gone to Everton and the business that has gone elsewhere it leaves them a little short. West Brom.... Could see it coming really, Pulis making it clear in the media he needs 5 or 6 signings - got his plea / excuse / ultimatum in early... Peace wasn't budging, and I can see TP possibly walking. Can't blame him to be fair as it doesn't seem he's been backed TP should be available around Christmas then? Just saying!🤔

I have talked to lots of Baggies fans in recent months. Few of them have anything good to say about their manager. They aren't even taken with the notion they know they won't get relegated because it's so dull. This international weekend gives Pulis a chance to work out a departure strategy, as well as a way to negotiate a walkaway wad. Then he can do punditry work until he takes the Wales job then retire to Sandwanks and meet Arry for lunch.

Tony Pulis must be the unluckiest man alive. I mean, everywhere he goes exactly the same things happen, over and over again. What are the odds?

I wonder who they'd go for if Pulis did walk?
Martinez? Bruce? Overseas?
It'd be interesting watching Martinez trying to turn Jonas Olsson into John Stones.

* optional choice of verb; insert 'destroying' as applicable.

If Pulis leaves West Brom I do think they will be strong relegation candidates this season. Like the last two clubs he's left? You're right. TP is the master at moving clubs forward, leaving them in a far stronger position than when he arrived and building solid foundations for the club to "push on" from in future. I never had you down as such a rimmer.
