I think so. Republican House, Senate and Supreme Court as well.
Florida for Trump now. Bedtime for me. At least I made a few bob out of bloody Brexit. :-(
Night.

He perhaps only needs Arizona and Wisconsin, maybe Nevada. Clinton can still win this though

He just needs 16 electoral votes to make him president.

Before tonight, I was quietly hoping for a Trump win, but now that it's pretty much here, the prospect is mildly horrifying. Then again, what choice is there with Mrs World War 3 as the chief opponent? These must be the two worst presidential candidates in all of history. I guess that all you can do is close your eyes and have faith that he doesn't do too much damage. I think I'd like to move to the Moon.
I wonder if the Clintons will be doing an Assange before the night is out?

The £ is already up to $1.25. I worry if there isn't going to be some domino effect across the world economy resulting from the weak £ and a likely weakened $. Demand for the ¥ has to rise and push its value up. That can't be good news for an export led economy like Japan's. They were very jittery around Brexit.

I suppose one crumb of comfort is that the Republican party machine in the Senate and House should be able to reign in some of his wilder excesses.
A probable two appointments to the Supreme Court sets the US up for a sustained epoch of social conservatism though.
The worrying thing for me is the likely backlash when he ultimately fails to satisfy the unrealistic expectations that he has whipped up. Populism can never succeed and it is always the poor and the weakest who pay in the end.

We shouldn't laugh really, there is no way Donald Trump should be president. Clinton is out of touch with her feelings and shows no emotions, even when she is talking about sensitive issues. She has fucked up.
