Not really. When you think in those 6 years most clubs in today's prem will have been relegated or promoted and hence missed out on at least 1 season of 40 or more points I guess the 7 are; Chelsea, Man United, Man City, Arsenal, Spurs, Liverpool and Everton (Everton is a slight guess). It's really a tribute to our longevity in the prem.Sq They're part and parcel though aren't they. Lots of other clubs have spent time outside the division in that time because... they were worse than Stoke A more interesting stat would be average points accumulated for each season in the prem since 2010. I think that is a fairer representation of quality and would, for example have us behind southampton which I think is a fairer assessment of quality. 2010 as an arbitrary start point makes us look better than we are when what this really shows is that we have been in the prem constantly since 2010 - admirable, but doesn't make us the 7th beat club IMO

I would expect Hughes to be less tactically naive and understand that set pieces are actually an advantage!. How is he tactically naive? Set pieces, moving forwards rather than sideways, subs, etc. Do you actually go to the games?.

Set pieces, moving forwards rather than sideways, subs, etc. Do you actually go to the games?. Do you go to the away games? Done 10 this year. Don't actually see the relevance in your question!.

How is he tactically naive? Set pieces, moving forwards rather than sideways, subs, etc. Do you actually go to the games?. Whilst you can question some of the decisions he has made this season you don't achieve as many top ten finishes at this level with different clubs by being tactically naive.

I expect we will challenge the top 4 come start of the season. Then come christmas i expect us to be safe from relegation with about 7/8 games left.

Since August 2010 only 7 clubs have achieved more points than Stoke in the premier league I'm not sure what people genuinely want or expect That's a bloody impressive stat. Shows that we've had two managers punchinhing well above our weight since 2010. So who are the seven clubs? Man United, Man City, Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham, Liverpool and Everton? Excellent stat.

That stat shows just how solid we are.
