Blimey, I remember catching a brief excerpt of this song years ago when out in the car (think it may have been Pete Tong playing the 7" version?) and for months/years afterwards asking music afficionado mates if they knew who it was by,with only the line "what am i doing here,your face is a mess...?" to go on,was always met with looks that imply "you're a nutter!" Now in the days when you'd only have to type that line into YouTube etc and find the track within a nanosecond,i'd completely forgotten about it. Great post.
