[/quote]And pyjamarama

That's a really interesting version of Pyjamarama that I not seen before. Slower and a different arrangement than the recorded version, I would say.
I love the early Roxy Music, especially the first 2 albums. The sound and the instrumentation was really original at the time, and they had some great tunes that made it accessible.
Loads of great stuff, Ladytron, If There Is Something, 2HB, and I just love Beauty Queen and Grey Lagoons from For Your Pleasure.
I saw them live in 73 on the For Your Pleasure tour when Brian Eno was still with them. The support act were Sharks which was Andy Fraser's new group after he left Free. They had Chris Spedding on guitar (later of Motor Bikin fame).

From 6Music earlier guys and dolls, Pete Shelly.
"We were in the Blenheim Guest House with pints of beer, sitting in the TV room half-watching Guys and Dolls. One of the characters, Adelaide, is saying to Marlon Brando's character, 'Wait till you fall in love with someone you shouldn't have.' "I thought, 'fallen in love with someone you shouldn't have?' Hmm, that's good."
