A friend of mine, Ben used to be their accountant, well one of a team they had. They had interesting 'Others' in their accounts I remember him saying. I think the film director Claude Friese-Green was involved as he had a club named after him they frequented. Forgotten all about them until I saw this

Just booked our tickets for Rage at Reading on the Sunday. Just a pity the rest of the line-up that day is absolutely bobbins ... think it will be a case of spending all day in the pub and then head down to the arena, just before they come on.

I actually saw them once, in 1982, supporting Jethro Tull of all people!

That's a decent line up I've been warned by my mate Pretzel about the voice so I'm under no illusions.

Fair play Paul. Would love to see them but have no interest in going to Reading. A shame they're not doing more shows. Say hello to the great Tom Morello for me

The line-up for Blue Dot looks immense! We'll be going on the Sunday, two of my all time favourites. In my humble opinion, one of her best live performances, imagine being the band in the studio who is next on, watching her perform this and thinking ... blimey, we've got to go on next!

Fair play Paul. Would love to see them but have no interest in going to Reading. A shame they're not doing more shows. Say hello to the great Tom Morello for me Know what you mean Mike but sometimes needs must! Last time I went to Reading the Kinks were the headliners and I don't have any real desire to go back now but I've seen Rage numerous times over the years and this could realistically be the final time. We considered Prague (as it seemed their only exclusive Rage show on the tour) but we've made a commitment not to fly during 2020 and 2021 (environmental thing and all that) and I'm not going by train all the way to Czech for a single show (although we are going by train for Primavera in Barcelona and for the final two shows of the Pearl Jam tour in Amsterdam), so Reading it is. Plan being .... pub all day, an hour before they come on we'll head on in, get as near to the front as we can, go fuckin' nuts for 90 minutes, then head straight for the exit and back to the pub, we'll not even notice that we were even at Reading! Can't believe it's 10 years since their last UK show, seems like yesterday ...

Currently listening to Jeeves & Wooster on Audiotape. Not as good as their last album. Some seriously old people on here. Jethro Tull, weren't they like around before cats were invented?

I just dislike about 99% of music I hear. Do you own an 8 track?

Bit of an odd thread to open then, never mind contribute to ... It didn't specify music. I thought it could have meant like rain or voices or people just talking at a bus stop or something. I realise now . If I decide to listen to a record I will return and tell all.
