If anyone likes Zepplin a band called Greta Van Fleet are unbelievable. Lead singer sounds just like Robert Plant.

Heard this on R3 ages ago, couldn't remember the name, which weirdly just popped into my head.

Saw them last friday in Stoke. Brilliantly gnarly and intense live {in an extremely confined space}. So impressed I bought the vinyl lp off them {got it autoraphed.} Been spinning it in bouts all weeek. Grind. Pascagoula.

[/quote] Yer right they do don't they, that's got a hint of 'Get it Right Next Time', Gerry Rafferty. Did you ever come across Devendra Banhart, quite liked his second album {massively long and convoluted title}, though it did get a bit too much, all the T.Rextacy, tended to resort to the warble a bit too much. So didn't really follow up on later stuff. Caught a glimpse of him in a tent at a festival, didn't stay the duration. Seems he's reigned it in a bit. Nice.

Superb guitar intro, followed by some of Eno's best lyrics

Quite like Devendra Banhart and I've also got one album by him, some interesting song titles.

Love randomly putting this album on, so chilled. Q Music radio used to play Reservoir to death when it was out they've got a great sound, I've got a couple of albums.
Isn't the piece of kit he plays fairly unique ie one of a few made I seem to remember reading somewhere

It's a strange one with Metronomy, they've released a couple of stinkers in all honesty but also 2 or 3 real great albums as well. The last one (Summer 08) was a real return to form, I love that record and it's the complete opposite of 'The English Riviera' too.

Music on a Moon theme toneet. Including this 'un. I'll see your music on a moon theme and raise you a spaceman.... 'And Nothing Hurt...' For the fost time tonight. Up there with 'Ladies and Gentlemen...' imho.
