I thought it'd be interesting to see where we could improve actually and where we were weak. Seemingly not. We've beaten the Champions of England and all you can do is pour scorn on it. Sad. Nope. I've said 3 players played badly. And we beat the team that are 16th and are in the mire a touch. Can you see them getting it out it with Mourinho? I thought they would but I'm no so sure now.

He was awful! He might as well not have been on the pitch. He got run past way too easily and was bollocksed after 20 minutes. We had a one man midfield today, Whelan was excellent again. Adam though? Garbage. And before the "you can't carry a player and win vs Chelsea people start", you can they're absolutely awful and 16th for a reason. He did play as good a ball as you'll see to Shaq though in the first half which was a beaut but other than that he did sod all. Were you sat behind me at Newcastle? We had a group of lads behind, and one lad piped up about "how shit he was" every time he touched the ball, even when he pinged a pass to feet he said "what a stupid thing to try, you're fucking shit Adam" Unbelievable Jeff I didn't go 'Castle. No one is actually saying how he played well..............................

Or The midfield did enough to enable the defence to deal comfortably with any threat As MOTD showed, Willian and Hazard had lots of the ball and did naff all with it due to Costa and his starting cronies poor movement. So let me get this right...you say Hazard and Willian did naff all with it because of poor movement from costa and his cronies? You really have lost the plot! It doesnt matter how many opinions go against yours you are always right in your own mind, good luck fella, but you really are showing yourself up to be a right plumb!

He got a lot of stick and a lot of negative comments about his ability to play the role alongside whelan, I think he has done ok there and has that moment of magic that he can pull out at any moment

They didn't........they had no one to pass to........that's what I said an hour ago.......it's what they just said on MOTD. Costa was too busy in battling than scoring goals. Chelsea's movement was piss poor and they couldn't and didn't hurt us because of it. Again what did they do? Answer me that and don't just abuse me, ta.

I thought Walters and Bojan were too. I've voiced that elsewhere. People have said he made tackles.......well he didn't. Then he won lots of fouls.......well he didn't. He also made lots of interceptions.......he won one. That's the performance I saw, it wasn't a very good one.

They couldn't harm the defence because there was no movement and no one for them to pass to. Like I said. Like they said on MOTD. But do carry on.

What did they do? Check out the shots stats, 19 total 4 on target to ours 8 total 2 on target. Ramires great dipping shot, Costa shot saved by Butland, one against our post, Remy getting in behind, Hazard shot, these are just a few I can think of. I am sure there were more but hey you are always totally and completely right, so maybe you can give a better more detailed summary that will suit your very strange agenda oh 79,090 king of posters.

I really have no idea what your issue is mate. The whole team played well today. Adam had a good game. I'm really not sure what has happened to you. We worked hard today, looked very solid and fairly threatening. Chelsea look a reasonable side to me, they will finish in the top 8. Good result for me. I don't think they did. I thought Walters, Adam and Bojan were poor. And I thought the team in the first half were pretty dreadful if I'm being honest. We were however how we should be in the second, the complete opposite of the first half. We were in their face, intense, playing crisp, fast passes and we were fast. Great to watch. Chelsea look piss poor to me. If they keep Mourinho I really don't think they'll improve much, they've lost it imo. Hazard played well but there was lots of sidewards running and no incisiveness. He also had no runners going off him for him to pass to. Costa is more interested in a scrap than scoring goals. They need to drop him faster than a stone. And left back looks a bit of a joke. I think they're in a right mess. You may have been at the match but you clearly weren't paying attention. Chelsea dominated most of the second half and battered us. They all played a part in keeping a clean sheet. If every one played well every week we'd be top.

I will agree with you that Walters was relatively ineffective against two very good centre halves and should have scored twice. Do I think he had a bad game? Not particularly
Bojan had some heavy touches was marked out of the game and was relatively quiet. Did some good stuff though. Do I think he had a bad game? Not particularly.
Adam worked hard made a few challenges played his part made a couple of good passes, worked hard.
I agree that the three players you selected have had better games than today but again my point is I really don't know what you are expecting? You seem to expect us to be bullying Chelsea? Be in total control? Mate only Munich Madrid barca and possibly Arsenal have the players team able to do that. I'm really not sure what works you are living in

Christ on a bike I thought biscuit boy was thick but you take some beating! They are but it still shouldn't have been happening as often as it was. They didn't harm us with the ball despite having loads of time, it was because of the movement. Clearly as MOTD showed!

I'd like to look at them. i think he showed good discipline, something Ryan didn't do. He also closed down on players right outside the box forcing them to pass or rush their shots. And he made quite a few pass out to the wings instead of just clearing the ball. Worst thing he did IMO was the handball which could/should have been a booking

But that summed Costa up, he probably should have hurt us there after Ryan does leave a gap but he's too arsed about the battle. It was their issue all night.

Charlie was OK today.
It wasn't his best but he does continue to show that he is our best option to play alongside Whelan.
I will never understand the joy some of our fans seem to take in slagging off our players.
I've had off days as a fan this year. I was quiet against Watford. Most of us can't be at our best every game. Today I was brilliant. I hurled abuse and vitriol at everything and blue and sang myself hoarse for the lads. Today wasn't Charlies's best day but he did his best, he didn't hide and he deserved the full support of everyone who claims to a supporter of SCFC.
