I love reading all the stuff on this website, but the amount of times people change the threads to other things just annoys me. When I saw Ryan thread and suddenly Demba Ba mentioned and whose fault it was, well that beggars belief. However, people have a right to put what ever they want on threads How dare you suggest that selling Mike Sheron to QPR was the right decision by the board! I've always thought Rafael Nadal lacked a little something to be considered among the all-time greats. I prefer Worcester sauce. I think this is John Terry's final season at Chelsea, and rather than follow his mate Lampard to USA, he will follow the big money and end up in China. I also think that if Red Bull continue to make improvements to their engine they will once again be right up there with Mercedes & Ferrari. I also think that peanut butter is overrated.

Fine. First few touches were rusty but never troubled and played some excellent long balls over the top for our right winger.

Sounds encouraging. Don't remotely expect him to be ready for Swansea, but maybe an appearance on the bench to liven up the mood ?

He coasted through it and it seemed very easy for him. Put in a couple of challenges, made some important interceptions in the box, got on the ball a lot, played a few long balls up to the strikers. Seeing him play in front of such a small crowd also lets you hear how much organising and talking he does too.

Well, it wouldn't be a waste. He was capable of playing 45 minutes so he's probably capable of playing 10 if we had an injury or whatever?

Shawcross on the bench would be a lift to the other players. However he has to be fit enough to play if called upon. Presume they will want him to play 90 minutes for the U21's or a behind closed doors friendly first. Watford or Newcastle game seems more likely or Chelsea cup tie
