Do you think the big teams get the majority of the decisions from the officials?
The result of this game was an absolute travesty.

Adam Lallana - £25M The 13 Stoke players that took to the pitch on Saturday - £19M.* * Even with Bojan and Shaqiri that's just over £30M. Frightening isn't it. I was just thinking how the hell lallana commanded such a fee. He is crap. Absolutely crap. All England internationals seem to be going for ludicrous fees. We need to pray Butland gets back in so we can benefit from the 'big' clubs' complete disregard for getting value for money.

I just think officials are like everyone else, they do things to avoid criticism, maybe even subconsciously. It is much easier to deal with the press reaction if you annoy Bournemouth than it is if you annoy a club like Liverpool. I actually think Pulis' idea a few years ago, where he suggested managers rate referees each game and there is a promotion/relegation system would avoid this. The media jumped all over it as Pulis being paranoid though rather than giving it any serious discussion. I suppose it suits everybody if the bigger clubs do better. The high profile managers come out and say how good the officiating is or at least don't criticise as often, the media haven't got to build up relationships with new upstart clubs and the governing bodies get the reflected glory when the teams with the expensively formed squads get into Europe. Who wants to rock the boat and really question what's going on?

After Hart he clearly prefers Forster and Ruddy.

Both were blatant homer decisions. There was nothing wrong with Elphick's goal and, if there was, you have to disallow a lot of other goals this year. But Benteke's goal? You could see Coutinho and Lovren were offside, backs to goal, as the ball was crossed. If they had not turned around to face the goal it would have been fair, but Coutinho attacked the ball right under the keeper's nose FFS!
A travesty of a result. Bounemouth fans must be feeling pretty sick.
Neither side looked that good, though.

Lakeland, out there if there is a third choice keeper with an English grandma at a big club, Woy will promote him above Butland sure as eggs is eggs.

Or another 3 points for one of our Europa spot competitors? If the referees had done their jobs correctly, Liverpool would be at the bottom with 0 points this morning, or maybe they are doing their jobs correctly as advised by Greg Dyke

Who wants to rock the boat and really question what's going on? It's not going to be Richard Scudamore who has openly stated that any time a club like Man Utd undergoes a slump it is harmful for the Premier League's brand. I don't believe there is any cheating from officials but am convinced there are a number of underlying biases that make their way onto the pitch. Last night was a disgraceful display from the officials. Absolutely shameful.

What greyman said. Scudamore making statements like that, at the least, put's it into officials minds, this is what their paymasters want. A lot of the referees, nowadays, seem to be quite happy to promote themselves above the honestly and integrity of the game. Edit: 'honesty and integrity', what a rediculous thing to think!
