Some real pieces of work on this board at the moment. There is, fancy resorting to unnecessary personal abuse, a right piece of work...... Confirming earlier suspicions... You are a cunt. Yeah, pretty cuntish slagging off our own players isn't it - Although you seem happy to go along with it as well.

What the fuck kind of support is that? Big difference between 'happy clapping' and supporting your team.

"Abomination of a transfer window" Fucks sake get a grip man........ Sold our world class goalie, expected but still shit. Sold our best player, less expected, very shit. Lost our best winger from last season, was always going to happen and very shit. Sold our third best centre back, expected but still shit. Bought in 2 back up goalies, one who is greener than green and then one who is nearly if not already past it but will do a job. Bought in a player who has played 19 games in a top league in his career....wooooo! Bought in no one yet. Bought in a bloke who failed his audition last season miserably. And then there's Glen Johnson who I can't abide, a striker we didn't overly need and anyone else? I can't remember. Our world class goalie was average last season and I'm a massive admirer of Begovic. Our best player we didn't really have a ćhoice, let's see between now and the end of AUGUST how our midfield lines up. Our best winger didn't play in the last few months of the season and we did pretty well. Our third best centre back hasn't featured for 18 months, and our defence was statistically good last season. Bought in no one yet? Bullshit statement Wollscheid didn't fail his audition miserably, he needs to improve on parts of his game no I trust the coaching team to help him make it happen. YOU can't abide Johnson, with respect who gives a fuck whether you can't abide him or not? You don't half get your knickers in a knot......

Hope your listening Sparky bayern doesn't want him starting........ He spent a season using MBD wrong last year so another year of it won't be surprising..... He did what he thought was best for the TEAM. He proved over the course of the season he more than knows what he's doing, when we got to the business end of the season Diouf got a run up front and his form bodes well for next season. It's easy to be a manager from the back of the Boothen End.......

Have your opinion by all means, but do stop digging our own players out.

Not saying we did but to not have an off the shelf replacement is ludicrous. Very true but we now have that one very inconsistent winger (who I love) that we're all pinning our hopes on doing something that he's never done in his career.... Statistically yes, watching them though needed brown trousers for large parts! We haven't signed a winger....that's no one for that position. Wollscheid was fucking awful. It's because he's not very good though, which on the whole (before we signed him) was what most thought, that changed obviously once he signed. My knickers are fine but so far I'm just massively underwhelmed. We have a weaker squad and a much weaker team. It's going to take a lot of hard work to sort it, do I trust the transfer team? Not really.

Wollschied is a liability, Joselu doesnt look to bad, van ginkel doesnt look fit to lace nzonzis boots and johnson wasnt really needed. Losing asmir is a loss but not a huge one i dont feel, think butland will do well Huth as stated was our 3rd best centre back and a far superior player to wollschied who would be at the bottom of my pecking order for CB. Nzonzi will be a huge miss and such big boots to fill which will show this season, we cant expect van ginkel to do the job he did. We will be massivley exposed and our possesion stats will be alot lower

He played Diouf there because he's a workhorse and he gave us pace on the break particularly away from home, it's not rocket science. Sometimes players have to sacrifice where they'd prefer to play for the good of the team, Rooney at ManUre is the perfect example......

We could have had Moses on the right and Arnie on the left with Diouf down the middle. That gives all of the above and much more! Rooney at Man Yoo was absolutely wasted in central midfield and it perplexed most of their fans and the press.....

When he's got carried away and tried to do his Franz Beckenbauer act he's made himself look silly by getting caught in possession. I treat him like I would any dodgy defender. He doens't need to be an athlete but he's very weak and far too slow. And then when he does have his moment of madness those two attributes just expose him massively. He also seems to think he can play a high line or probably Hughes does. I don't get that either, he's way too slow to be playing a high line.

For the record we won 7, drew 3 and lost 4 of the games he played in last season. The defeats were the calamity at Blackburn, his debut at Arsenal, Man City at home and Chelsea away.........
