Anybody started watching the series on TV, I'm always interested in these for the long distance running etc. This weeks advice was: - The Grapefruit diet, apparently you need 40 in one sitting for it's diet benefit, not much goof for dieting and you'd OD on vitamin C Xylitol is very good for your teeth, The Fins give it to their school children after meals as a lozenge, it stops the bacteria in your mouth creating plaque Kale is the best to help your eyes from deteriorating in old age, so you can keep a good eye on the presenter Kate Quilton www.bing.com/images/search?q=kate+quilton&FORM=HDRSC2I'm a spinach man and use a ninja for my home made smoothies, what's your fad And not dog food mumf ive got a brevile smoothly maker and as long as you keep it green with spinach and celery it's easy to make them taste nice with fruit etc I've started putting a dollop of coconut oil in mine as I've been told it's very good for you
