Whu are poor today but I'd bet that if there was a point in the title race Man City would be making a lot harder work than this. They can have as much money as they like and spend what they want but until they have a manager who is a winner like Mourhino & Ferguson they will always fall short when they are up against it because he's a winner and his team reflect it. Who the fuck is pelligrini

I just saw this on Twitter "Manchester City welcomes Vivo Energy as the club’s Official Fuels and Lubricants partner in Botswana." This statement is beyond any parody. Maybe there is a push to sell more Citeh shirts in Botswana.

The players have been the problem at Man City this season. Along with Pellegrini's naive tactics and obvious inability to motivate when things aren't going well. The players are massively responsible but the buck stops with the manager as always.

The players are massively responsible but the buck stops with the manager as always. Pellegrini deserves another season and needs to get rid of the plodders. Some of them have been there too long. And they are lucky they have stacks of money to buy lots of better players.

Walters fractured his cheekbone gets straight up to play on. David Silva straight off on a stretcher! Hope he's ok but just shows what a machine SJW is!

Title contenders Man City - Pelligrini - I don't know what to say about him other than until he moved to Man City I heard his name mentioned, somewhere, once Chelsea - Mourhino - Wins numerous trophies every where he goes consistently Man Utd - Van Gaal, no ferguson, not even close Arsenal - Wenger has never had a team as good as the team he put together in the early years, through his own doing he's back peddled arsenal with the players he uses. Only recently with his back to the wall as he made big money signings liverpool - Rodgers has won the square root of fuck all regardless of how well he presents himself infront of the cameras You don't have to be a betting wizz to see where the safe money is next season with another transfer window under his belt

Van Gaal has bought in Falcao and Di Maria for big money who on the whole have been appauling. If that's the limit of his transfer nouse then I assume they are gunning for Europa League glory

He has the look of a man out of his depth if you ask me,some of his signings just don't look anything like the part either and if I was a Man City fan I'd want him gone. They need a top manager with the pedigree to keep them right at the very top domestically and who can get them competitive on the European stage as well. The owners demand it and rightly so after all the money they are spending.

I'd make removal plans if I were you for around this time next season. I'm not a bookie but let's see what overwhelming favourites all the bookies make chelsea next season.

No I won't, and we will see. I will take my chances with bookmakers who actually back their judgement. If Van gaals next big money signings are as succesful as this years they are huge contenders In the meantime Chelsea's signings improve them further if the managers transfer track record is anything to go by, Matic and Costa have made a big impact this year, di maria and falco have not. Chelsea currently lie streets ahead, 2 or 3 more good signings in the summer and they will win at a canter, imo
