I know three of the mods personally and they all go regularly to most home and many away games. Obviously, I can't speak for those I don't know. Perhaps the original poster would be kind enough to let us know which moderator he is accusing of not going to games and then those who do know him/her will be able to refute what I suspect is a totally unfounded accusation.

If anybody who posts on this board has missed any game since Sept 8th 1888 then they are not entitled to a opinion.
Does it really matter what games Mods do or don't go,they are Stoke fans and are entitled to post their thoughts.

plenty of people have perfectly valid reasons for not going to games nowadays and they certainly shouldn't have to explain themselves to anyone on here or justify themselves.
personally i haven't gone as much as i'd have liked for the last couple of years because i do fostering for kids with disabilities...does that mean i'm no longer a supporter or am not entitled to any opinion??? it's great being young/having loads of expendable income/having no other responsibilities in life but that isn't the situation for a lot of people...that in no way however negates their love of Stoke City or invalidates their opinions in any way, shape or form; it simply means they are a more rounded human being than someone who has no other priorities in life other than to go to a footy game at the weekend.
as i said, there are perfectly valid reasons for not being able to attend...however, are there any valid reasons whatsoever to castigate someone or belittle them for no other reason than to fish for arguments and abuse in the way the OP has? i think not!
a moderator is on here to ensure that people aren't racially abused,discriminated against and suffer unfair harassment at the hands of others as well as to make sure that certain legal lines aren't crossed...do they need to go to games every week to give them this ability?????
