What will hit attendances is repeatedly losing to poor teams!

If we are really planning ahead, fill a corner in and for the lesser games give tickets to schools or at least special offers for juveniles and families, we should be tapping into the next generation of fans before they're pulling on Man U or Liverpool shirts. Brainwash them before it's too late

the same old nonsense arguments being trotted out to support us NOT having a ground extension. The fact is that when you are supporter that doesn't have a season ticket quite often you are looking to get a few seats together. That is near impossible because the only seats that are free are scattered around. We need a couple of thousand seats in one of those corners for starters then the likes of me could come to more games. The lack of seats available for each game is preventing me from attending games. It is bollocks to say we don't need anymore, we nearly sell out most of the time. If stoke had a 3000 capacity section in a corner which was reasonably priced 'pay on the day' then we would get 30000 plus in a lot of games. we do need more seats, no doubt. So if the club increase to 30000 you will attend, there were over 500 empty seats yesterday so I presume you went,or have you got to wait for 3500 empty seats I live 260 miles away mate. If I go I am bringing one or two with me. There is hardly ever two or three seats together and the seats that are available are the most expensive seats in shit areas usually scattered. They need at least a couple of thousand good seats and attendances will be boosted no doubt

Don't think we are going to get one soon, we are having a pitch enlargement and new dugouts though. Gutted I love the fact our dug outs are shit.

I'm bringing two others with me. There were hardly any seats for that game. Just the odd one dotted around and that was weeks ago. It definitely stops people without season tickets or who live away and need seats together. We always seem to be near full capacity with hardly any seats and I should know because I'm always enquiring about seats. We need a couple thousand more at least and we would break 30 thousand most of the time with more better quality available seats

Price of extension 5-6 million, extra seats 2000?.To make these seats to pay we would need to sell out we will only do this 10 times a season. So 2000x30 ticket price =60000 x10 games=600000 a season. So to pay off the build will take 10years

Its about the prestige of getting bigger crowds as well as actually being more accomodating to your supporters and looking to expand the fan base. 6 million is pittance to a premier league club anyway. Plus they are going to be cracking down on watching games in the pub so that will put an extra strain on capacity. And I think we'd fill most of those seats most of the time anyway

Thanks, I did get three seats together after I called but the only place where they were available they were for 40 quid a ticket and in my opinion are absolutely shit seats. The stadium map you see on the website is not accurate

Must have been people sitting elsewhere or who didn't turn up, the Boothen End was offically a sell out. Take no notice of the seating plan on the Web,always ring the ticket office. It was a sell out in there, there was less than 100 tickets available on the morning of the match all dotted around the Novus Stand and Q Railing Stand. It was 400 odd from a sell out the majority of which were in the away end....
