Are we really suggesting that Ricardo Fuller on any bloody day was one of the top 3 footballers in the world? Fucking hell And we call other fans blinkered That's my point, I absolutely love ric and I'm definitely not dismissing him, but some of the comments are crazy.

Would Gazza even break through these days? Would he be another victim of the "get rich quick" culture? Sadly probably yes. He has proved that he has very little self control so give him 50k p/w at 18 and I think he'd go off the rails faster than a speeding Spanish high speed train

This is beyond a joke, ric as good as Suarez????? You appear to have missed the words “on his day” out Utter b/s the " on his day" comparison. On my day I am the greatest golfer ever...why...because I once chipped in from 120 yards, which if you gave 20 pros the exact same shot, statistically none of them would have made it. Form is temporary, class is permanent.

This is beyond a joke, ric as good as Suarez????? Why a joke? On his day, Ric was as good as suarez yes I firmly believe that. He ran the channels as good, he could easily beat 2/3 men when backed in a corner and create his own goals. All that in a average side! Pure fantasy, on his day maybe, but his " days" were very few and far between, Suarez consistently shone.

Ok so it must have been over 10 years since I posted on here ( under a different name ) but guys for this post I had to come out of 'retirement' When I look back at following Stoke, home & away, since the mid 70's I do so with pride, pride and a snigger, some of the jokes, one liners and general observations I've heard will live with me for ever You see football is all about opinions, we are all entitled to them, even Stafford, it's one of the things that makesthe game so good! But, and this is the mother of all buts, anyone even remotely thinks that not only on his day but on any bloody day, Ric was anywhere near Saurez, well words absolutely fail me!! That has to go down as both the most rediculous and the funniest thing I have ever heard, guys I cannot thank you enough for that, this will keep me laughing for a long time to come!!! See you all again in about another 10-15 years ....... walks away laughing like Big Sam at Chico Flores

Dave Kitson, Michael Tonge, Nev Southall and Pulis Jr.? A quid for the 4 and you would expect 90p change.
