The Golden Goal girl I remember from the 70's was Vicki Powell who later became Vicki Marsh. I think she lived in Hanford and was an out and out stunner. I haven't seen Jackie's daughter but if Vicki was the mother then no wonder she is a looker

I'm fairly sure it was his daughter. Jackie Marsh bought me a pint in the Red House, Longton once, taking the 'ex-Stoke players who've bought Clams a pint' total to three*. His daughter and/or girlfriend wasn't with him though. *the others if you're interested - and I know you are - were Mickey Thomas (The Smithy, Longton, 2000) and Wayne Biggins (Crystal, Sheffield, 2005)
That's worth a thread on it's own. "Stoke players who have bought me a pint" Go for it I can think of 3 with whom I've had a pint but they didn't pay. I'll save them in case you start the thread!

Did nobody get a picture of this block 19 dancer then? Fail. They'll still be waiting to finish the roll before popping into boots to get the film developed.

If she was Jackie Marsh's daughter, he must have been six-years-old when he became a father. Do the math Lakeland. As I recall, she became Marsh's girlfriend for a time.

Jackie Marsh is two years younger than me - he is 66 and I am 68. The Golden Goal Girl I met was about 20 when she briefly walked round the pitch at the Brit but that was about 10 years ago. So that would make her 30 now plus or minus a few years. So that would make Jackie in his 30s when she was born. Obviously English Maths trumps American Math!

Jackie Marsh did marry the golden goal from the 70s, then his daughter was indeed the golden goal girl for a couple of seasons at the Brit.
