A headed clearance finds Diouf near the halfway line. He shrugs off a challenge by Kolarov and is faster with the ball than Kolarov without. Knocks it past Kompany on the edge of their box, takes a touch, a glance inside and realises he's on his own so he nutmegs Hart. That'll do me! Cheers, mate. Actually, now I've seen the replay Diouf picks it up between our box and the halfway line and knocks it past Fernandinho not Kompany. Anyway I was excited !! But you get the picture.

I think putting Walters and Crouch on was really good management. It rewards them for their performance mid week and it provides a demonstration of what it takes to win a Prem game to some of the other players in the squad

Well done Stoke; we only dream of days like this.
Everyone put their body on the line at times, hope the injuries are not serious.
Reminds me of going to Highbury in the early 70s and beating Arsenal 1-0.

I just don't get why everyone thinks Manshitty are so invincible? Or why the Stoke have so little chance of getting a result? I think we'll come away with a clean sheet and surprise a few people. Gouranga. Was I the only one? GouFUCKINGranga. Give that man a medal.

Here's a fun stat for you:
This is only the second time that Man City have failed to score in their last 71 home league games.

Manchester City fan here in peace
Fair play today. your whole team defended brilliantly and you took your chances. you were the deserved winners in the end. I thought we never really got going and your defense stopped us from creating anything really.

Great interview by Crouchy. You couldn't wipe the smile off his face! Magic! Just seen Mark Hughes interview. He looked happier than I've ever seen him, and he sounded a bit hoarse. Must have been giving it some on the touch line!

Out of interest, what's your version of the penalty shouts? i only saw the yaya shout near the end, wasn't sure to be honest, it kinda looked like he might have already been falling before he touched your defender. I personally felt it would have been harsh.
