There was also a Uruguay flag draped over the hoardings in front of Suarez from the Boothen when he scored his first. I was behind them when they were entering the ground, they were actually Uruguayan.

To be fair at least the club is making money. Yeah it's wrong, I don't like it, but I prefer it to empty seats. And all twatting them is going to do is get a lot of media hate on us again, put sanctions on the club, and confirm everyone's suspicions that we are a bunch of neanderthals. If I couldn't get away tickets I would go in the home end. Depends who we were playing. I once sat in with Millwall at their place (don't ask why) & I can tell U it made our block 21 seem like a walk in the park & I wasn't even in their rough bit... Thats a good point. Don't think I would fancy being in a bunch of Millwall or West Ham fans and they figure out where my accent is from. I'm going the Villa match with some friends when we play them next and I would rather have a beer and banter and sit with them in the home stand if none of my stoke mates were going in the away section.

Done it myself at Villa the 2-2 was good ,inside you're jumping around like a lunatic, outside shaking your head as if to say how did we fuck a 2-0 lead up,but if we had celebrated and got a slap then you cant complain you know you shouldn't be there and thats the risk you take, sad i know but in this day and age the territorial mob is alive and kicking if you'll excuse the pun

I thought you needed a membership/club card providing postcode, proof of address etc?? yes but not in team colours singing songs and jumping up every time we score. it's an inevitability somebody will punch you or attempt to punch you in the face. it also puts those kids in a pretty dangerous position. luckily (for them) they were in block 10. if they had got tickets in pretty much any other stand all hell would have broken loose. like it did with the couple in the boothen.
