Steino's ace thumper from 25 yards was preceded by a Paul Ware special from simil;ar distance. It didn;t go in, but it should have.
Top day, marred only slightly by a 'race' argument on the way. It nearly came to blows in the Plough Inn, Crowdecote.

I remember that Blackpool game well. It was on November 21st 1992. My wife gave birth to our daughter 3 days earlier and came out of hospital on Friday night. A few hours later I was on the way to Blackpool. She tells everyone who cares to listen that I deserted her and the baby as soon as she got home.
We got to the ground early in the end with no roof and got soaked to the skin for the duration of the match. Rooster ripped them apart and we didn't care that the rain was rolling down our backs.
We drove home wearing only boxers.
