I miss Fuller so much. I can't help but think that last season could have been so dofferent if he had stayed and we didn't bother with Owen.

I never thought i would have another idol as i,m waaaaayyyyy too old.......Then along came Ricardo Fuller
A player all our kids will talk about when they are older and have their own kids
In the same breath as Greenhoff and Hudson

At the tender age of 34 I can honestly say he's been the best player I've seen in a stoke shirt. The bloke was fantastic, thank god for dodgy knees because if he didn't have them we would never have seen ric here. On his day he could walk into any side in the premiership.

I'm a bit like you Clyde, 43 years old having watched Stoke since I was 9, and for me Ric is the best of the best I've seen in a Stoke shirt. I'm certain that if I live to be 100 I'll still remember some of his goals.

Thanks for the goal at Wolves Ric in our promotion season. Full length of the pitch, 4th goal in a rout (against them dirty, yellow b******s) and topped off with Promotion.
The stuff dreams are made of.

Brilliant article, Ric was a true Stoke legend.
We won't have another No 10 like that for years!

The best and most exciting Stoke player of his generation
You have to go back as far as Mark Chamberlain to get the same adrenalin rush

God love Ricardo Fuller, best player I've seen in a Stoke shirt in my time following us.
The one player who made us worth watching for many a month (especially away from home) and the biggest single (not the only) reason we got in and stayed in the Premier League.
One love and only one Ricardo.

A truly unique player and undeniable hero of recent times. I wish the club held a testimonial for him, just so we could at least see him in a Stoke shirt once more. The final game against Bolton was nice, but he deserves a bigger goodbye.
After the long bores of last season, Ricardo Fuller seems to have left an age ago, and I hope under the new management we create some of the excitement which he, alone, consistently gave us.
One love.

The most attack minded player I've ever seen. Never passed the ball backwards. Occasionally sideways - Liam at Hull! But usually, straight for goal, regardless of how many opponents were between him and the goal. Provided more enjoyment than anyone I'll ever see in a Stoke shirt

When Stoke were miles away from the Premiership my favourite non-Stoke players were the likes of Georghe Kinkladze, Tony Yeboah and Matt le Tissier and I like to think Fuller was in that league for school age fans of non-Premier League clubs.

Struggling to attach link but type "Ricardo Fuller vs Motherwell" into YouTube to see the goal that he is most fondly remembered for up here. Not the header (30 seconds in), but the run (55 secs) to seal the win.
Apologies for the quality...it's Scottish.
