Is this a legit photo?? they look like swimming pools on the veranders, why would they build them that tall, i mean who would want a view like that? TEST Aye its a proper photo. The modern Brazil.  It's not all bad, you get a cracking view of the tennis from your wooden shack....... And if it's hot and them people with the swimming pools on their balconies are splashing about the spray could easily cool you down, and if they are having a bbq then I actually find the smell of a good Barbie quite pleasant. I feel sorry for the people in the luxury apartments to be honest, what are they getting out of this....Nothing... |

All I can say to anyone going is to keep your women in sight. If you don't they will be gangraped. Brazil is a very nasty place. Partially because of the corrupt government. But that's nothing new is it. when you say "Will be gangraped" i presume you actually mean "Might be"...there is actually quite a big difference and i'm surprised someone like you would make such a sweeping statement Cartman, you're usually so level headed and tend to steer clear of making rash generalisations about a particular body of people  |

Reading the story it would appear that his girl-friend wasn't even aware it was happening so hardly the most violent of offences. Maybe it was a just a bloke trying to sell him a knife? That could be a red herring, she was probabaly referring to his efforts in the hotel bedroom... |
