Hughes Poyet Klinsmann. I know people have a downer on him, but I think Hughes would be a sensible choice, he's not Pulis but he's not the polar opposite of Pulis either, I think he'd be a decent "next step" manager who would keep us well away from relegation as he did at Blackburn and fulham. Poyet seems to know how to organize a defence, so I'd seriously consider him, probably has a pretty good idea of the foreign market too. Klinsmann I just like the guy for some reason and none of the others jump out at me

Hughes (respectful record take us to top 10) Zola (all round nice guy and could attract some great players) Maclaren (potentially the best for youth development)
