It's a good job the police got in there because there we're plenty of fans coming down ready to kick their heads in.
Been a strange old weekend for Football.

I have never seen the appeal of going in the home end for an away game. I would rather be pissed in a pub shouting at the tv than sat on my hands surrounded by opposition fans.

Same with the few idiots that were sat above me in the boxes in the q railing.
Provoking the home fans to the nth degree before being assaulted with coins and forced out of their seats.
Nothing more than they deserved IMHO.

Anything wrong in just getting stewards to remove them without resorting to twatty behaviour?

Every game we have 4 away fans who sit next to us in the Seddon stand. They walk down the steps looking lost holding a season ticket each & end up asking stewards where their seats are. Reported it to the club but nothing's been done

Never have I been jealous of United. I pity the real fans who have always been there seeing their football club turned into a tourist attraction. I've got nothing really against the team itself, but I despise the idiotic glory hunting fans United have. Get the fuck off this message board.

Anything wrong in just getting stewards to remove them without resorting to twatty behaviour? They were in the boxes so the scfc exec team were out in full force trying to nullify the situation, to little effect. The main issue was they were actively looking to wind up the fans in the vicinity, they were looking to cause trouble. I have no issue with away fans sitting with the home fans, however they need to be quiet and show a little portion of respect to the home fans. As strangeways says, you need to sit on your hands and keep quiet, then there will be no issues and no reason for any trouble to start.

Strangeways - we've had this conversation before.
The reason most Stoke fans hate Man Utd had nothing to do with envy or jealousy.
It's to do with the simple fact that a huge proportion of your supporters are arrogant, ignorant, no-nowt cretins. This was proven today in the 14th minute of the match.
You also do a pretty good attempt at proving it on this message board on a regular basis.
Enjoy tonight. Don't go celebrating too prematurely like last year though...

There was a gentleman and presumably his son, of Oriental descent I have never seen before in the family stand armed with cameras and binoculars .They probably thought they were at Old trafford.

If they're stupid enough to celebrate the scoring of the penalty the least they can expect is a good "shoeing" Just seems like knuckledragging mindless thuggery to me irrespective of how retarded it might be to sit in the home stand and celebrate a goal. Honestly, what's it going to achieve?

Strangeways really tough boys today mocking a bereaved family you must be very proud of your hard men Jesus wept. Can you stop using the death of a kid to try and have a pop at united ? You are the one mocking his family. Do you know his name without google ? Did you know him well ? Are you friends with the family ? You couldn't give 2 fucks about this lad who has died yet you are using him to attack our fans and for some reason RVP. You need help. I honestly believe the hatred of us has drove you over the edge

RVP's absolute tosspot celebration is the reason why we all hate him.

RVP's absolute tosspot celebration is the reason why we all hate him. Celebrating with his manager who still played him during his goal draught, Scoring a goal for united and going onto win his first league title... fucking hell, What a toss pot And funnily enough yes, It is called tradition and being brought up on it and the history of the club I support. A young lad dying is sad obviously but you did a fucking half arsed applause for him and at the time half the ground didn't have a fucking clue what it was about. Most clapping would of just joined in without knowledge. Now on here you have a poster using the death of this lad to fabricate stories and score cheap points against us. He should be ashamed of himself.
