A mix of experience and youth would be the best, but if I have to choose then experience is preferred

Is Ryan a better signing then Leon? Is Glenn a better signing than Griff? Let's break the mould a bit, Tone will always be good for spotting Rorys but I'd like to see more young signings who can have their best years with us now we're on the up.
