Would you boo a suicide bomber? After all that's a life threatening injury? Ha Was Ramsey's fault he had his leg broken? Nope but it's his fault for being a nasty little rat.

Unbelievable responses Very sad It was a broken leg from which he has now fully recovered, thankfully. Nobody died, people break bones every day and it is not a big deal.

Bob on as ususal March. Ramsay effectively demonised Ryan in the aftermath of the injury which was totally unjustified. His popularity at the Brit is no more than he desreves. And shame on the Arsenal contingent for their vilification of Ryan; I hate that club, I really do. Ek I agree there chant was horrid

Their two respective responses tell you so much about the men involved. I think you should completely withdraw your comments. It is they which are shameful.

padders, Ryan left that pitch in tears and was collected by his mother from the ground he was so distraught. Apologised immediately and was clearly devastated by it. We've seen the footage a thousand times. Ramsey chose to stay in Aresholes good books by playing the pitiful victim. If anyone should be ashamed it's Ramsey and his mardarsing cohorts.
If the Arsenal fans want to shout 'Ryan Shawcross, you know what you are' then they become fair game!

You think the Arsenal chant was disgusting?
So why stoop to their level?
Cheer for Ryan (singing his name) which I did
I don't agree with booing a player who broke his leg at our place. That's my opinion.

Ramsey's classless reaction to the accident deserves all of the contempt he is going to get from us over coming years. I was saying this exact thing to an Arsenal fan before. On paper us booing him has the same fuckheaded reasoning as Chelsea fans booing Anton Ferdinand, but there's more too it than that. Around the same time, Stuart Holden had his leg broken by Johnny Evans in a tackle far worse than the Shawcross one. He however brushed it off as "just one of those things" and didn't blame Evans. It's obviously horrible that Ramsey broke his leg and feared (albeit for about 6 months before he was back playing) that his career was over, but he didn't exactly cover himself in glory by not accepting Shawcross's apology for what it reality wasn't even REALLY a tackle, as such more a committed attempt to clear the ball. These things happen, and Ramsey (or more likely Wenger- Ramsey's response was likely dictated to him by the him) should have had the good grace to accept Ryan's attempts to diffuse the situation. It is perhaps a touch harsh to boo him, but I can see the reasoning behind it.

1) he's a odious little twat 2) he never accepted Ryans apology 3) he's an Opponents player (not to mention the fact he's a Arsenal player) 4) Arsenal fans where giving our Ryan stick thus bringing the incident up
Why shouldn't we boo the little git ?

By the way, why are we pretending that a leg break is a career ending injury? Unless it's David Buust style break, then it's just a few months sidelined and yiur leg finishes off stronger than before. If you're mentally strong then you'll be absolutely fine.
Career threatening injuries are hamstring tears and knee problems.

Career threatening injuries are hamstring tears and knee problems. In 2012 (with undeniable medical advances), isn't it probable that Buust's career would not have been over? I remember Djibril Cisse and Henrik Larson suffering similar leg snaps to Ramsey and coming back good as new. You are right about hamstring and knee problems. They can often be far more long spanning and debilitating afflictions for a player to suffer. It sounds harsh, but Arsenal are such fucking cry babies.

Padders,, What part of no one boo'd him because he broke his leg dont you get???
Not one Stoke fan in that stadium thought,,,
Oh they's Ramsey who suffered a broken leg,,, BOOOOOOOO
Instead it was
Oh they's Ramsey who unfortunately suffered a broken leg, but was an ABSOLUTE CUNT in the aftermath when t was quite clear Ryan didn't mean to break his leg and it was a simple accident, the same Ramsey who has never accepted it was an accident... ...oh an he plays for Arsenal a team we normally have a bit of hostility towards....In that case ....
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Get a grip Padders, I thought you were one of the more sensible posters on here.
