In fairness managers have been sacked for less. The money we've spent, the fact we've gone backwards...and despite spending £90 million, we still dont know how to pass a football.

NO HE WON'T I'm by no means happy with the shite performances recently but to sack him now would be fucking ridiculous and anyone who thinks otherwise in my opinion is quite frankly a lunatic. Who would replace him now? No transfer window and a socially unattractive club, not exactly an exciting proposition. Wait 'till the summer to see how we've got on and evaluate his performance then, but we will not go down this season. We have a period every year where we play shit, every team does, but we've always got out of it. All it takes is to win the next home game and everyone on here will think its hunkydory again. I think we will beat Valencia at home and then Crawley, plus a decent performance at the mestalla and we have the confidence again to push on.

Fans won't be happy splashing out to go to Valencia with this style of play. I'm really looking forward to going , but not if we are going to be humiliated

Think there is summat in his rolling contract that allows him to roll out this shit for 10 games before PC is allowed to intervene ;D

Simple really:
TP is refusing to play the only speed we have in the team in Jerome, he chooses 2 immobile strikers, both of whom are out of form.
TP is playing 1 out of form winger, and refusing to play our set piece taker and only player with the ability to get round his man and cross a ball in Jermaine Pennant
TP is refusing to use the only flair we possibly have upfront in Fuller.
So as we resume, we are bored out of our faces on hoofing the ball for Crouch or Jones to head the ball into space neither will run in to.
Bravo.
Should we sack him? No.

Lets hope you happy clappers are right,i really really hope im wrong. I honestly think you will be wrong but that does not excuse the performances we're witnessing. Which are nothing short of absolute crap. I'd like to see him replaced at some point fairly soon simply because I hate his idea of football and know its never going to change. Give him all the money in the world he'll still try to kill the game instead of playing it.

We have to leave him be for this season. However fucking ugly, he will get the points needed to survive and he really has earned his chance to take his creation to Valencia, and have another stab at the FA cup.
For me a managerial change would be a fucking breath of fresh air for our club in the summer, feel free to disagree, but I honestly think its the only way we can go forward.

Did you hear his postmatch interview reckons thats the best we have played second half since we arrived in the premiership. What about the fact you surrendered the game in the first half, you utter utter penis. Trust me if we let Norwich and Swansea to stroll into town and stand off them they will do what Blackpool did us then its curtains for us in the premiership..
