Not the best half, i'd take Huth off and bring Collins on. He is liable to get himself sent off in this match and I don't think we could afford him carrying a ban in Europe.
Hopefully the midfield calm down a bit, we need a bit of composure but Pugh is playing really well.

Ball travels way to quickly over that surface for our lads....we have trouble stringing passes together on grass nevermind plastic!

I dont know about anyone else but I've been disappointed by Thun...I thought they would be much better than Hadjuk, but they have been very similar to them so far. agreed, poor first half by them |

Would have played Soares and Tonge, guess Soares on second half for Ethers who is not on it anyway....show was you can do Tom.....sit in there lad and break when you can.

Who was best in the first half do you think?
I think Danny Pugh had a good first half, not only because he scored.
I'm not that pleased with K Jones.
Tonge, Pugh, Sörensen, Upson, Whitehead - far from our best team "on paper",
but they're doing it good in one of the ugliest games I've seen for quite a while
involving Stoke. The ref (from Sweden) is doing it ok, not good, just ok.
There could have been 4 more yellow cards so far.
Half time.

impressed with pugh in the middle, having said that he's pretty much unchalleged in there agree, huth needs to come off before the ref sends him off, and tonges thuns best player so far!!! |
