Sorry to hear about your loss, JSU. RIP Gordon!
Times's a great healer, mate. I lost my own dad in 2008 so I'm writing from my own experiences. Hang on to those fond memories and one day they'll bring a smile to your face again, instead of the tears you might feel right now. At least, this is how it was with me and I hope it will be with you.
Condolences to family and friends.

May i pass my condolences to you and your family Russ. You may remember me from the championship days when I had a season ticket near you, I remember the full time chats fondly. Like others have said, cherish the memories, I'm sure the lads will give a brilliant performance against Chelsea.

I hope we continue to have the same upward trend of success we have had since you used to sit up there! Very sad time at the moment very hard to deal with what's going on but I'm getting some comfort from all these kind messages.

Hi Russ - we've never met but we are both Stokies and I also lost a dad who was also my best mate and went to all the games with me. So we do have quite a bit in common. I truly know where you are right now ...but things will get better and you will be able to enjoy the matches again and it will feel like your dad is there too. In his honour - keep the faith and enjoy your football in the future. Take care of yourself and your mum fellow Stokie!
