An original Dude, star of the Blaxploitation movies. Clothes , cars, bitches ....... Tarantino based his Samuel L Jackson character in "Pulp Fiction" and "Jackie Brown" (his version of Rum Punch) on the blaxploitation stars of the 70s, cheesy at times but some real quality. Pam Grier of course star of "Foxy Brown" went to star in Tarantino's "Jackie brown" as well. O'Neal in "Superfly" probably the best remembered after Richard Rowntree's "Shaft" , Antonio Fargas another star of the genre of course later went on to bring the characters into a more mainstream audience with his character Huggy Bear in TVs "Starsky and Hutch" Black actor with style, quality and humour unlike the nonsense stereotype "funny man" of today like Eddie Murphy, Chris Tucker etc who's aim it seems is to ruin good movies with stupid Arnold from "Different Strokes" type voices which wasn't funny 20 years ago.
