Having checked with 02 that I am now out of contract (yippee!), I am looking to replace my reliable, but somewhat dated Nokia 3330 with something a bit more '2004'. So if anyone can recommend a phone that has : Polyphonics (customisable - I want to upload choons on there like Delilah!! ;D) MMS Camera (nice but not essential) Smallish and easy to use with as few 'niggles' as possible - the mrs will probably get the same one too. ...and a tariff that doesn't cost an arm etc I'd be very grateful. Ta.

I like the GX20 however the samsung E700 and M/rolla flip phones are neat and reliable.
S/Ericsson T610 is certainly very popular but a bit 'square' IMHO

My advice would be when looking to upgrade/take on a further 12month contract is not to accept the first offer and threaten to leave the provider.... There are loads of great 'retention' deals.

Thanks for the Tariff advice too. I used to think I'd been a pretty good customer for 02, but last year they changed my Tariff from a "pay up-front for 12 months and get it for £6 a month with X free calls" to a much higher one - my monthly bill is ridiculous now. I'm off to buy a Mobile Phone mag at lunchtime - does anyone actually buy those unless they're looking to buy a phone?
