uu been particuarly narrow minded there i feel. U are making a mass generalisation based on one stereotype. A few goths are arsehols i agree, but us "rockers" as u call them are just normal people, just dressed diffrently to others. why does it matter?
maybe some of us hate burberry and ben sherman wearing, fhm reading, ibiza holidaying, beating up drunks who looks at ure bird, riding in a bad -boy Nova townies!
ever tried gettin to know so called rockers?

I've just got back from a packed to the rafters Victoria Hall - where I saw Aussie Pink Floyd - one of the best tribute bands going. Loads of ageing rockers - and quite a few young uns as well. No sweaty fookers, no greasy hair, no bad breath from the people I spoke to and we didn't all look the same.
Arsehole.

goths really annoy me.the other day i saw three rollerblading goths with their full length leather coats on and white and black face make up.i was sooooo tempted to run em over and on reflection i probably should have.

not a problem with them in general, just the ones who claim that dress like they do because they don't want to be sheep and conform to he fashions, when they are actually all wearing a black hoody with *insert current grunge band name* on the back / front. Yeah, dead original.

Smeegie babes,
I have got a right thing for Goth chicks!
some of them have well fit bodies, long hair, add that to the outfits they wear, I quite often find myself getting a bit of a nice twingy feeling whilst in the close proximity of a goth chick!
;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

I like a bit of Goth on the side...The Cure, Banshees, Sisters of Mercy, Nick Cave....lovely job.
I used to regularly frequent "The Stage" (before it went shite) and occasionally "Chicos"(before it caught fire) and not ONCE did I ever become involved in or even see any hint of trouble.
I also used to go to Creation/Valantinos (usually under protest) and I've lost count of the number of times that I have been threatened with having my head kicked in for looking at someone/spilling someone's pint etc.
Therefore I have come to the conclusion that everyone who likes dance music is a twat. ;D

Yeah gotta agree, never had any bother at a club playing rock/indie myself.
and that was up the toon, used to go The Village and then the Ritzy when the club night moved there, tuesday nights & sometimes the SU aswell
going mental havin a pogo and shoulder bouncin, to some wicked music, right mix of alternative/grunge/indie/brit pop..... & even a bit of classic ROCK .... great nights, but fe memories...except the odd snippet of being pissed n pogoin .... the only real memory is a missed shoulder barge, where I smashed through the plaster work on the DJ box of the SU ;D funny thing was it was a good foot or more above my shoulder height and I started 5ft away.... I was flyin that night ;D didn't hurt mind, the beer saw to that
