SUPERB win again today-they may be bottom but they are a tough team and play without fear-play offs beckon if we keep it up.
The Ade Akinbiyi site is now up and running, admitedly, it isn't anything special but i'm sure you will like it-as, hopefully will Ade himself. It's a small token of appreciation. Too many people get critisised nowadays and when they do something good it often goes unnoticed. Hope you approve anyway!

Oi Jon - I know why you're using red & blue (duh!), but think about not using one on the other. The human eye cannot focus properly on blue against red or vice versa (no joke); you'll do everyone's head in. Note how the blue on red script seems to shimmer a bit, while the white on red is sharp. Just a thought  |

Jon, like it or not, they are the facts, and there is no hiding from it. If people insist on building free websites then thats what happens, they are very limited to the amount of hits they can get.
If you wanted help then why didnt you ask for cheap service providers ?
Rule one, if your going to do something, then do it properly.

Your sites hardly brilliant as well, how many hits do you get a day Rex? 5 at best?

Jon, most of my sites are non profit as well. do you really visit all 38? if your talking the prediction league site or the www.stokecityfc.org.uk site, they are one and the same, and just the predcition main page has had 26199 hits in one year, so thats about 71 hits per day just on that page. if you look at the whole site they have independant hit counters. just go through and add them up for a truer reflection or when you said "your Sites" should this actually of said "your site" Please stand up when you talk to me. I cant hear you properly. on that note, dont bother answering direct. I have better things to do |

Rex, hit counters mean nothing, all hit counters can be given an initial value to start on, and very few differentiate between users, so it counts multiple hits, and hits from search engines and crawlers, especially looking at the ones you have running. I wouldn't really expect SuperStokie to shell out for domain and hosting for a small site such as that when free hosting would do the job. There are some good free website providers about if you know where to look, but not Geocities  |
